Don’t even bother coming here. Middle of the day 3 customers were searching for an employee. Only one on staff was taking a 20 min break in the lot. Also showed up at 6:55p today and they were shutting it down b/c they decided not to stay open until 8:00p “just because”.

The store manager, Dylan, rolled his eyes and said “ridiculous” when I asked to change something on my sandwich, then proceeded to short us on protein. Terrible customer service, bad food. Waste of money.

Bugs crawling everywhere on the floor, especially near and in the womens restroom. Thinking this is a cockroach. Something needs to be done about this place. Service was good at subway, but vegetables looked like they have been there awhile. Already got my sandwich by the time I saw the bugs unfortunately. Definitely lost my appetite.

Ordered online to make it easy – once I got there, I identified myself and my order only to find out that their system was having some trouble and they had not received my order yet. I showed them my confirmation email and they got right to work! The workers (one guy and one woman – did not get their names sorry :/) apologized as they cracked it out. Multiple times I mentioned it was alright and I completely understood but they took the time to.make each sandwich perfectly! You guys rocked it!

Service was aweful. She was very rude. Acted annoyed every time someone walked up. She even made a face and rolled her eyes. Also burnt my sandwich because she was determined to finish building the next one. If she hates her job so much, she shouldn’t work the public and find another job. Just because your upset, doesn’t mean it’s the customers fault. Please do quality checks on your employees or utilize secret shoppers.

How can a business owner run a business or make money when the store doesn’t open until 10:30 yo 11am and then closes between 5 to 6 pm. Horrible work ethics in my opinion. If some one can’t or doesn’t want to work before that time or after that time either hire more people or kick the one person working to the curb and hire another hand. Worst experience ever couldn’t even get a meal out of here not once but twice

If you are not happy making minimum wage making samages then quit and find something else to do. Guy with no nametag was rude the entire time making my samage then gets mad and slams the microwave door when I ask the bacon be cooked again because it was raw. Then at the end of the line when asked why he had such a bad attitude he takes my samage back and yell leave and said I was banned from the property. A property that’s owned by the gas station which I spoke to the owner and he said subway rents the space from them. He also told me to come back any time. And the subway was filthy so filthy I filed a complaint with the health department.

Freshest Subway we have ever had. She also cut our footlongs in half and wrapped each half separately.
