Whatever you do, don’t call in your orders. Apparently they don’t know how to make sandwiches unless you’re standing there. Telling them how you want it. I called in order picked it up. Got home passed out all the sandwiches to my kids and I thought. Oh my goodness I can’t wait till I eat mine. And everything I ordered was not on.There didn’t have no lettuce no tomatoes no guacamole and I paid extra four Guacamole, and didn’t receive it.
I know I told him what to put on the sandwich when I called it in. But that’s not what I got when I got home and then my kids wonder why I only go there every 5 years because they do not know how to do if you stand there and tell him one thing at a time. To put on the sandwich, then they get it right. But if you call it in, it’s like they’re don’t know what they’re doingo back to kindergarten.

Drove all the way from humboldt to get sandwiches. App stopped working so couldn’t get an order in. So no specials. Full price. And the guy making the sandwiches usually sucks. Anyways only ordered subway like 2x since the company had the anti American RAPINOE representing their company. And I don’t need to co e back here again.

We came in for an order, there were 3 people on the line making sandwiches, a blonde haired female(very nice and respectful, gave us good service) a blonde haired male(not really nice, not very good service) and a red head female(very rude and judgemental, as i was ordering all she did was glare at me and act as if she was judging what i was ordering.) This was my first time in a few years making an order inside instead of Online, and after this experience i will be sticking to ordering Online Pickup orders. Food is good though.

My work called in a big 8 person order for lunch. The staff was kind and had great customer service despite already being busy. They got everything done in a half and hour on top of the lunch rush and it was all correct. Awesome staff

I love the falls city subway, maybe it is because they know me so well. They know my bread, my sandwich, my veggies, and my favorite sauce, and that I like my bacon toasted without the paper folded on top. Thank you Shelby and Jayme keep up the great work!

I went to Subway on my lunch break! It seems That’s when they have their slowest people working. I ordered a turkey Cali club that comes with avocado. They charge me extra for the avocado not to mention it took 15 minutes to make my sandwich. I will never eat here again.

The “American” sub was a great tasting sub that includes several types of meat. Customer service was great and dining area was clean. The cookies were good too!

About the worst service I have ever gotten at a Subway. Guy was putting stuff away when I got there..kept doing it..after this, he proceeded to put cheese on 5 trays of bread ..the whole time, not a single..hi I will be right with you.nothing .after watching him put cheese on one tray I left..
