Horrible store! Very busy when I walked in, and no one said anything to me, I waited 3 min to give them grace before I finally said hello they looked at me and spoke no words… finally a man came over and saying no words just stood there looking at me. After I ordered my sandwich I realized I did’nt have my wallet on me just emergency cash so I apologized multiple times and asked if they could cut that in half, then the possible manager came over making a loud scene I again apologized and explained I forgot my wallet and only had enough for 6 inch but she rolled her eyes and acted as if I had just ruined her whole day! Ill never go back!

Ordered online through the app. Ordered footlong nachos with the order. Restaurant could not complete order, they dont offer nachos apparently. Suggested they make the 6″ sandwich a footlong. Manager refused. Requested the nachos be refunded to my card, manager refused.
Currently going through complaint process with corporate. The manager working 11:45am on 09JUL25 needs to be fired. If store owner fails to reach out or does not make things right, I will be back-charging the order.

Edited three years later 8/27/25- I just stopped in for lunch today on a whim after years of boycotting this place. It’s been remodeled, all three male employees at lunch were friendly and everything looked clean and all food was fresh. You could tell they were busy and working hard, with smiles on their faces. Thank you. I’m happy to say, I will be back. 🙂 p.s the nacho chicken sandwich was a great recommendation (second photo, sorry for the car pic..but better than nothing!)
I’m sad to say this but from 2020 on… it’s been a downhill road. I literally ate here every single day when I was pregnant lol, the staff knew me by name and were always so kind… but then idk what happened.. covid? The bread is ALWAYS hard and chewy 🙁 like to the point you can’t even eat it honestly. We’ve tried it 4 times I’d say in the last 4 months, and this is my last straw… the people inside are nice but… the ingredients and not having fresh bread is not worth the waste of money again.

The person making my sandwich put on mitts to get bread out of the oven and proceeded to make my sandwich without putting on new food gloves. Maybe they could use more training. My order was also 20 minutes late being an online order for pickup

The lady was mean she took forever to give us our food and when we got our food, there was hardly any meat or toppings on the sandwich. I might as well just ordered a piece of bread. I dont usually have many issues here. but yesterday was not good. it seems to be a lack of training on portioning as there was so little meat i couldnt taste it. one laid out flat piece of turkey across the bread. but what bothered me more was the mold where the ice comes out of the soda machine.
