The WORST Subway ever! The associates were trying to be helpful at least. There was a nat flying in the cookies. When I told him about the nat, he said they were all over and that he had seen 3-4 flying around. I got my sandwich and left. When I got home, the flat bread was stale so I threw it away. I won’t go back. I should have left the sandwich there but I felt bad.

Horrible experience, I was told to not look at the bread menu since we have white, wheat or cheese. Then I asked for a cup for water and was told we don’t do cups for water. I felt like whatever I would ask for it was wrong….and I am the paying customer??? Definitely a disgruntled employee with no customer service skills at all. Will not go back !!

I just had to share this review cause Collin (hope i spelled it right) had a positive attitude and definitely went above and beyond. Will definitely be back to this spot for a sandwich next time.

Worst subway i have ever been to. The “sandwich professional” was talking to one customer about another customer as if they were deaf and could not hear him talking about them customer was quiet and did not respond to the ridiculous statements. I’m not sure if it’s autism or just a rude human.

Unfortunately this place has gotten a lot worse over the last months!
Today during lunch hours, there was only one worker and the line was long..! Several people left because the wait was so long. I wish we had. But we stayed and waited for 30 mins to finally get our order.
They were out of all chicken meats, same as a previous time we were here.
Finally got our sandwiches and rushed to our next appointment. When we finally sat to eat one of our sandwiches had a hair from the worker running through the middle of the sandwich. So that one got thrown out and one person had no lunch.
Do not recommend!!!!

There was only
one employee working the Dinner Hours . I think her name was Jill ,She’s an amazing employee and was doing the job of two people and still had a Great Attitude and Smile on her face. She deserves recognition for her outstanding Work.

I walked in and was told he would be with us in a few minutes. With one other person waiting before me. We were the only ones in the store. After seven minutes she has a lady left. I fell about two minutes later. The worker finished all online orders before he was going to help in-store customers.

They wouldn’t let me use a coupon because I had it on my phone. I made the point that I could go out to my car and use the code for a mobile order which they agreed that I could do. I go to Subway all the time and this is the first and only Subway where they wouldn’t accept my coupon. If that is a policy, then it should be the same across all Subways.

I love this place. Sure, there is a subway around every corner, but not this location.
Staff is always friendly and helpful, serving fresh and quality food. Fun atmosphere and clean store. Nice employee helped me out when my coupon wouldn’t work, and gave me the code to use for the app. He needs to be recognized!!
