Go here if you want literally nothing on your sandwich. Ordered online and asked specifically for extra lettuce. Where is it? Couldn’t tell you. Asked for red vinegar. Where is it? Not there. So if you like bread and nothing else, go here.

I ordered my food online and asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. Got there and they were cold(within 15 minutes of ordering) asked if they were toasted and was told yes. The cheese isn’t even melted. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will not be ordering from here again. Then I called and asked about it and the only option was “come back and get it fixed”. Very unprofessional and not okay. I paid for this food and I have a 3 week old baby. I can’t just go back. I barely had time to run and get this food to begin with. Very strongly hope a manager contacts me tomorrow.

If I could give this location a negative star I would. The Philly was not made like how it’s supposed to be made. When I told the person making sandwiches, she gave me a look as if I’m the worst person she’s seen that day. Then they charged $2.62 for a water cup. I’ll never walk in this place if it’s the last food place on earth. I’d rather starve then go here.

Pickup said it would be ready by 6:25. I walk in at 6:26, my order is not on the pickup shelf. The woman working is assisting two people ahead of me, at least 5 minutes later, she finishes with them and asks me if I have a pickup. I confirm and she starts making it. Literally 12 minutes later she finishes my 2 sandwich order. I get back to the car and my friend checks his sandwich and it’s wrong. He only wanted 3 ingredients on it and she got it wrong. I understand being short staffed, I live that nightmare every day. But if I was the only person there I’d be busting my butt and working as fast as I can. My 90 year old grandma could’ve made it faster. Don’t bother with this location. Also it was like a sauna in there. $5 tip just for me to wait almost 20 minutes past the estimated time for two sandwiches and to sweat my butt off. I pity the people waiting behind me. Update: it is now 7 pm and I’m still in the car waiting for my friend to get his correct sandwich.

My gift card didn’t work because of an error with their machine. She made the sandwich but instead if just giving it to me they decided to throw it in the trash or eat it themselves. These folks act like it’s going to kill them to be generous.

The amount of meat they put on the chicken teriyaki our the steak sandwich is never measured out it ridiculous you get crumbles I feel like. The cooler that cools the veggies is always frozen.

The guy at the counter saw me park. And saw us walking towards the store and went inside the office without saying a word. We waiting 10 mins in lobby with no one coming out. Finally my wife called the store number , heard the phone ring inside , a girl answer and finally the guy came out of the office. Don’t even want to know what they’re busy doing back there.

Extremely rude service. Jose made our sandwiches. Asked what we wanted and very awkwardly looked my girlfriend up and down. Hardly said a word to her when asking what she wanted. She asked for ranch and they didn’t have it so he just put something else on and then was shocked that she wasn’t happy with the sandwich. Didn’t thank us for stopping in, didn’t say anything polite. But then just asked for a tip. Never felt so awkward while getting food in my life. Won’t be revisiting this location
