Place was packed but the ladies kept that line moving. Fully staffed and knew what they were doing without gettin in each other’s way. Got my order in 5mins despite being 7th in line. Their advertisement was Some Grade A 90’s slogan and loved it. Made me feel like home.

The management in there is below terrible. They carry entitlement around like it’s pride and are rude as possible when asked the simplest things. They are not only rude to the customers but even the staff. To add to the list I even found a black hair cooked into my bread. Really low establishment, might as well burn your money.

Paid $3.50 for two scoops of ice cream. The server made a big show of scooping about half a scoop per scoop. I know inflation is bad but really? Raise the price a bit and give generous scoops. People who pay for ice cream don’t mind paying a bit extra for quality and fairness.

We ordered our food from here about 20 minutes ago. I cannot even eat my food because it is frozen. I got a chicken breast sandwich. This place was not understaffed, but it was a bit busy. The person taking our order was pretty rude to us and stormed off after taking our order. Not so sure what we did. Kinda sad we spent $18 on food and half of it we had to throw away.

There was 2 of us going in for Meatball subs and I do understand it was 7:50 and they were closing in 10 mins but at my job we are still open till close and I stay till all the customers are done. Anyways we wanted 2 footlong meatball subs and was told they only had enough for a 6″ warmed up. I would of waited to warm up even just enough meatball for 2 foot longs but was not offered. Very poorly ran as if your going to close at 7:50 then put it on the door.

Needless to say this place served contaminated food as I have been bed ridden for almost 24 hours throwing up. I ordered chicken bacon ranch with lettuce mayo and chipotle. The food tasted fine and the service was great. But I think you guys could use some retraining on how to store your food so people don’t get sick.
