Whoever was working today at 12:45 was quite frankly the rudest worker I have ever met. Was rude to the lady behind me for waiting for her son before she ordered, rolled her eyes when she saw I was paying for cash, just all around so inappropriate.

2 sandwiches and 1 wrap took over 20 minutes. It was after 9pm, so it was not busy, it was supposed to be a quick stop on the road. The food seemed fresh enough, but they were out of the limited edition sauces, and the time between sandwiches being “built” cooled the toasted sandwiches.

Outstanding example of a Subway franchise. Megan made our sandwich professionally and to our exact request. Moreover she was extraordinarily thoughtful and very friendly. I was impressed both with the quality of the food, the preparation and with Megan’s service. She obviously cares about what she’s doing and has great customer service skills. I’ve come to appreciate this type of service during challenging times that we have emerged from and I’m sure Megan provides the same type of service to all her customers

Stoped in for a sandwich to go on the road. Employee was very good and offered us extra meet at a small up charge. Clean store with no wait for service. Actually meal was not tasty at all. Steak seemed to have a large amount of grease chunks. Tossed it after a few bites. Just hope it was that batch of meat and it’s not like this all of the time.

While the employee made me and my husband sandwiches, we noticed a long blonde hair on my sandwich and when i brought it to their attention they pulled it off of the sandwich and proceeded to ask what else i wanted on it. Instead of apologizing or offering a discount they still charged us full price. I no longer wanted mine but my husband still purchased a footlong and a salad. very displeased and grossed out.

Wasn’t greeted, employees acted mad at one another, messed up my order & didn’t offer to correct it, cherry on top was they overcharged. I didn’t realize it until I left but am a traveler so not worth turning back. Totally worth posting a review.
