I love subway food but sometimes it’s just dry and sometimes it can’t ever hear me because they’re facing an opposite direction.They’re always asking sorry, what did you say sorry?What’d you say?So I love the atmosphere of the place.The service is most of the time pretty good.Besides them, not being able to hear me.And then the food like I said, it’s really good besides, when it’s like dry or hard or whatever, you know, or they forget to warm it up when I ask them to. It’s a good place to eat when it’s you just need to stop and grab some food cuz you’re hungry.But anyway, yeah, subway is pretty good

Husband tried to order sandwiches and they kept trying to correct him by listing a number. Really? We want different toppings than what is listed in THE NUMBER. just start the sandwich and we will let you know like we have the last 15 years. Also I’ve included pictures of the 6″ Flatbread sandwich I ordered. I’ve never seen a sandwich like this wasn’t even sure how to eat it. Was a bunch of teeny boppers without proper Training. Smh.

No meat was sliced fresh. Lettuce looked browning and when asked about it they said oh that’s what they ship us. Also, I asked for a little extra mayo and this employee didn’t listen and then looked at me funny. I’m not at all impressed. Be prepared for a lawsuit if I get sick.

Food was good however the service was horrible. The young man that was helping me at first was very nice and patient. The lady that came out and told him to get on the register was rude, abrupt and had no patience whatsoever. I would have complained to the manager however, she WAS the manager. It’s unfortunate that the employees are more professional than the person they are supposed to look up to.

How did the manager even get that position. All the workers are super nice kids hard working. She’s super rude and somehow is bad at making sandwiches. If you see the manager working. Walk out. Your sandwich will be terrible and so will the service.

We have always had excellent friendly service until tonight March 18, 2020. We stopped on our way through as always, it was 7:30. I ordered a spicy Italian with marinara. This cutsey little high school girl very rudely informed me she had already thrown the meatballs out and therefore there was no marinara. She was very unfriendly and short the entire time. We have always had friendly service here but not this time. Food was ok but my chicken sandwich had about half the meat of the one I got a few days earlier and didn’t even cover the bread. The cookies and trays were gone and the cutting boards were gone. It was very apparent she didn’t want to be there. I will never go back in if she is working.
