The 2 young guys who made my order were fabulous; very sweet and friendly. My order was made to a T which rarely happens. I always ask for as many veggies as possible and I’m usually met with a scarce sprinkling, but these guys packed them on!! Look at that beauty! Y’all are sandwich artists alright! 1000/10 thank you guys!

Ordered online 1.5 half before. Showed up 5 minutes after the “ready” time and withe 20 minutes. Two guys working…. one very slow making the order. They told many customers they were out of certain meats because they hadn’t yet prepped. Deep sigh.

Good food and decent prices for a large order. The employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else and did not share a single smile. I guess with young kids that have to actually do work, that’s what you get. There were no mistakes made though. The only other thing I disliked was there weren’t any tables with more than 4 chairs so our option for our family of 5 was to either push tables together or sit at 2 separate tables.

I still have subway on a five star but I had a very interesting experience today with my order not going through online through their app. I call the number, it goes to a different place and the first associate I talk to doesn’t want anything to do with me . Did not give me the light of day. Another associate took the time to look at my order on my phone, put it together for me after talking to the manager. I daresay that associate needs a raise and a commendation. I didn’t catch her name but she’s either Hispanic or a light skinned African American. I will update with her name if I ever go back to that location…sure I will…

Love Subways food but the Subway on East 11th Ave gets a low rating for drive through customer service. Stopped there to place order and was told they would ” Be with me in a moment.”
After waiting for 10 minutes there was 3 vehicles waiting behind me and still no one taking my order. I decided to leave without ordering and as I pulled around I glanced at the pickup window and seen a young lady standing there looking at her fingernails apparently. There was 1 customer in the store so it wasn’t like they were being overwhelmed with orders.
Needless to say, I will not be patronizing the establishment any time soon.

The person helping the counter was extremely rude we were confused on what kind of bread was left (to be honest I didn’t look very closely) so we asked to have the other bread. Instead of saying it in calmer tone she snapped and said it’s all the same bread. Then she started to make our sandwich we asked her how her day was going and all we got was bad with a mean tone. All in all there’s no reason to act like that.

We ordered online BIG MISTAKE… they don’t read the orders obviously bc they just put whatever they want on the sandwiches not once but twice they have done this. Needless to say if you go there go in person and order your food otherwise you won’t get the sandwiches you ordered. They need to learn to pay attention to each sandwich order for real.
