Subway has gotten very expensive and this place is no different.

The guy and the other young woman did fantastic on making our sandwiches. The only problem was the other lady who was behind the counter. She berated the other two infront of customers. I get it, you want to make sure they do a good job but there’s a time and place to professionally talk to them about their slight mistakes but when you’re infront of customers you need to be professional yourself and talk kindly to them, not in a rude manner.

Ordered a tuna bowl, Less than 1/4th of the bowl is full. Worst experience ever, every time I go to this subway my order is messed up. They left the food on the counter after they bagged it then all three employees left to the back and we had to wait 20 minutes longer until we finally got our food though they where already done making it. Words can’t explain how angry I’ve become from ordering food at this subway. Can’t ever enjoy my food when they don’t give you what you paid for

I might give these guys another try. I don’t know. I ordered me a salad and I told them to put double meat in. It a good thing too. Because the gal didn’t put any lettuce in my salad! I told her what I wanted in the salad but I didn’t know you had to specify that you wanted lettuce in your salad!!!!!! I think the gal making my salad was kinda new. She acted like she didn’t hardly know what she was doing. So I might try this location again. I would say just go to the Subway on East Kansas Ave. They are tried and true!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is slow and my eggs were frozen in the middle. I didn’t just go off of one experience, I have them 2 more times. I was also the only person in the drive through line and no other cars were there and it still took about 15 minutes to get my 6 inch sandwich

I LOVE subways food and service . However, this is my first experience at this location . They left my sandwich in the oven far too long my sandwich is so hard I can barley bite into it. The employees at this location are EXTREMELY rude . I was the only customer in line and only ordered 1, six inch sandwich . It took 2 employees 10 minutes to get this prepared . I won’t be going to this location again .

This is the second time ordering the MexiCali both times no avocado. The only reason anyone orders this is for the avocado. This last time i paid extra to make sure it had it an still nothing. They added a drive-thru a while back. I’ve been to other subways that did this, and it seems they normally adjust their sandwich line accordingly so that wait times are not affected. Apparently the McPherson store just added the drive-thru and left it at that. The result is very poor service. Went in last week and waited about 20 minutes with only a few people in line. People behind me left. The indoor line would be put on pause for long periods of time to attend to the window. I’d like to emphasize that it wasn’t due to the employees working at the time—they were moving as fast as they could. The setup was just too much for them to run effectively and customers were not pleased with the result. Management might want to re-think their approach, as I probably will avoid them next time.
