Ordered a simple meatball at 7pm no fixings just provolone cheese, bread was so hard, John McClane wanted to save it, the meatballs so cold Olaf tried to assemble a friend. The young man behind the counter seemed very disengaged and disgruntled.

Refused to give me bread I wanted but had plenty of it, reserved maybe? App said they had no pepper jack but they sure had it. Asked for an “Outlaw” and dorimas or whatever her name is messed it up and refused to fix it. One person working alone, no drinks available, 2 bags of chips left 5 hours before closing. Felt like a dying run down establishment.

Went in to place order. Waited patiently fifteen minutes. When it was my turn, I was told I had to wait some more for on-line orders. One very nice young man working by himself and someone didn’t show up for work. Too many complaints about slow service at this establishment.

The establishment was closing in 20 minutes. The employee was very pleasant while preparing my husband’s sandwich which was very good.
She apologized for being out of a few things which was no problem to us seeing they were about to close.

On the 23rd of June my wife made an online order. When I went to pick up it wasn’t ready yet but I quickly realized that the very polite young lady was working alone. So I waited. Not a problem. I’m not sure why she would be working alone on a Friday night when I am sure that this would be a prosperous time for the franchise. She did a fantastic job and I think that management needs to look at themselves and give this young lady who closed ALONE a significant raise.!!

The woman that was working was very rude. Not helpful at all. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Most unprofessional service I’ve had in years. Yamelia was also there, but she was cleaning the dining room. She did nothing wrong. Unless ordering from management. Do not recommend this store.
