Ordered online, when picking up, we realized there was no ice for our sodas. We told them, and they told us the ice machine was broken. We ordered a meal that came with a soda…but no ice? Ok, we can get past that but, the diet coke was out of order and the reg coke was out of syrup. I asked them if we could get a bottle of diet coke. We were told they would have to charge us for it. Very disappointed , I came in during lunch time. I only get 30 mins for lunch. When I walked in to subway I had a couple in front of me waiting on them to finish what looks to be online orders. Now I get they have to do those as well but when you have 3 people that I can see doing online orders and no one doing orders for the people who came into the store. I never even got a hello, or a I’ll be right with you guys. Stood there for ten minutes before walking out.

It’s okay. Nothing to get excited about. Its all measured in there favor. The sandwich looks great in the picture. When you unravel it at home its lacking in quality and volume. If you want a true size 12 inch sandwich you better double the meat and extra trimmings 15.00. Grocery store will make your sandwich look ten times better for half the price. You just half to make it yourself. For those with big families it will be hard on there pocket books. Middle class won’t have a chance with these prices much longer.

The manager here and Clay Center is nothing but rude and treats her help like I can’t express it it’s ridiculous you ask for something like olives in a count out four of them put on your sandwich ridiculous she makes them girls go so fast to sandwich falls apart not going back at all I stop going before thinking that maybe she was gone because I didn’t see her but then I seen her up and conquered you and tried up there and she treats to help up there even worse I don’t know who hired her they need to have her reevaluate has not not a very good team player and what an attitude
