The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The ladies behind the counter seemed bothered that we came in at 730p and barely stopped their conversation long enough to make our order. I was last, and the gal had to re-ask my order several times (3+) and stated that it was because she was “clocking out in 30 min”. The sandwich was way over stuffed and pushed the overabundance of mayo and mustard throughout the entire inner wrapper. Not only will I not return…I am telling everyone I know about the experience I had.

First off, open and serving when most stores are close (ie holiday periods). Second, they are probably the ONLY store in Kansas (and most all I’ve tried across the nation) that still has seafood delight, a sandwich I truly miss from other stores (what gives?). Third, the gentlemen behind the counter was super considerate and helpful. And finally, the store was super clean. Great job.

Loved the one in Beloit ks because there were two workers who remembered that I was allergic to jalapenos and would change their gloves and the knives when they made my sandwich. I highly recommend going there because they are the best
