I ordered on the ap and it said they only had 2 breads available. That was not correct. Then I came in and they kept telling me it’s almost ready. They are putting the vegetable on. Then they are wrapping it. We’ll this process took 35 min! I watched them go threw 10 groups/ people before even getting to mine. I ordered online so it would be ready. I lost all my lunch waiting. My sandwiches were not even made right! Neither was toasted when it should be and they were making the sandwiches out of site not at the counter where sandwiches are made. The cookies were smashed against the front of the display.

This place is a JOKE! We stood in line for 45 mins with 5 people in front of us and all we were getting was 2 sandwiches. Then when they went to wrap my husband’s sandwich they dropped half of it! Offered to make him another one and we told them NO we dont have time to stand here and have already been in line 45 mins. This is the second time we have been since they opened and it has not gotten any better. They need better managing and get an actual system going. I dont recommend this location at all. I would have gotten my food faster driving out of town and back!

Yall just opened and taking over an hour to complete a mobile order is insane!!!!! When my husband asked for a refund cause ummmm who makes customers wait an hour or more for a mobile order, the lady checked and said they weren’t even close to his order. I mean how much time yall need 3 hours for 2 footlongs? 2 days to get a refund. So $22 down the drain that we won’t see for 2 days and now $25 for food at another location. Almost $50 for fast food for lunch!!!!! Insane. Stay clear it ain’t worth the headache or the wait. DO BETTER FOR CRAPS SAKES Y’ALL JUST OPENED!!!!!

I have always had a good experience at this Subway location. I just say what I want and it has been served with a smile, I can order in advance or right there in the store. Last night, only person in the line and my Spicy Italian barely had anything on the bread (only pepperoni). I never pay attention because it has always been as expected. It will be a long time before they see me in there again.

This is actually a great location. I enjoyed the friendly staff as well as the fast service. This particular location is much better than a few of the other’s I have visited. My favorite is the sub with chicken and I always add a ton of black olives. The staff was more than happy to accommodate and the sandwich tasted great!
