Two employees working during lunch hour and they definitely deserve a big raise! Handled the rush of online orders, drive thru orders and walk in orders. We did have to wait a little longer for our online order but food was delicious. I just want to shout out the employees for being amazing!

Just left this place around 40 mins ago. And let me say the worker was just rude, made my order and pulled up it was around 8:53. I just got out of work wanting to go pick up some dinner for my sick gf. Once I pulled up the worker opened up her window and rolled her eyes and said we only have two sides cups of sauce we can give you not three. I told her okay it was fine. Never had a problem until now. Paid, got my food and saw her laughing once I left. I didn’t think any of it until I got home and opened up my food . Sauce was spilled all over the bag. Will be calling up to make a complaint because it’s not right.

Disgusting. Came here for a short lunch. Ordered my food .got resdy to leave.till another costumer had showed me a fly in their food disgusting enough.looked through sandwhich seen nothing .being i had little time i had to rush out and make the best of it but the food did not taste good and my stomach felt queezy after the first bite. Called to let them know the food was not good and I wanted to return it. I did not have a receipt because their machine wasn’t working but was told I had to have a receipt . Very disgusted with this visit especially since its my the first time at this location . I do not recommend this place at all.

Gave me a sandwich on the wrong bread, wrong cheese, and with none of the toppings I ordered after waiting 20 minutes. And asked for a tip before giving me an order that was 95% wrong…$20 for a sandwich where the only part they got right was ham… a total waste of my time and money… Orders got mixed up and apparently verifying what I ordered wasn’t a priority to them. Ordered my sub toasted they didn’t toast it I called he said bring it back I will remake it… these people heated the same sub I had I know for a fact because I had taken a bite of it… obviously they toast it before the veggies are added for a reason. Highly dissatisfied why offer something then not do it, waste of my time subway don’t need a drive thru because they give you what ever and expect you to just be ok with it… I’ve had way too many problems at all of the wichita locations… horrible customer service, got sick after eating it.

Don’t expect to walk into this location and get a friendly greeting. The lady at the counter was terrible with customer service. Said 3 words to me and then basically threw my food on the counter and walked away. I make sure I’m never giving attitude to food workers because they don’t deserve but she need go find a different job if she doesn’t want to be there. I didn’t get her name but she worked 9/19/25 at 12 pm.

lady was very rude i’m not used to the new computer system so i don’t like doing it so i go inside expecting to watch my sandwhich be made. this location is not like that and when i went inside i was met with the online order tablet thing. i did the best i could . then got my recipe to pay and went to the counter i said i don’t understand it and how i wanted my sandwhich , said i wanted banana peppers and the rude lady gave me 4 individual peppers. will not be back.

I ordered online. Got to the place and it wasn’t even done when the app said it was. waited another 20 min in the store. Used the wrong bread because they ran out of ALL their bread. never going again to this location.

We ordered 3 subs, 2 made correctly, but the last was a catastrophic failure. I called the store, and it was close to closing, but between the Manager and Joey, they took care to make it right. Mistakes happen, it’s what is happens after that counts and that’s why 5 stars. Thank you.

I’m giving them 5 stars based on continuing great food and subs. The other night right before they closed we placed an order and the churro was rock hard, we couldn’t eat it. Other than that everything is always fresh and tasty.
