I had a very disappointing experience at this location and felt compelled to leave a review. I ordered a sandwich and simply asked for extra lettuce — literally one additional handful. The manager (who said her name was Moe, although she refused to provide a card or any confirmation) immediately told me she would have to charge me for a full salad in order to add the extra lettuce.
This made absolutely no sense to me, as I have never been charged for extra vegetables at any Subway location. When I politely questioned the charge, the manager became extremely rude and hostile. Her tone and behavior toward me were completely unnecessary and very unprofessional for someone in a management position.
I later looked online and saw that Subway’s own information states that extra vegetables should not cost additional money, which makes this interaction even more confusing and concerning. The entire situation felt incredibly uncomfortable, and frankly discriminatory, given the way I was spoken to.
For what it’s worth, there should be cameras that can verify exactly how this interaction took place. No customer should be treated this way over a simple request for lettuce.
To make matters worse, I ended up paying almost $33 for one sandwich, a drink, and chips — only to be treated with disrespect by management.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this location. I hope corporate looks into how this manager is treating customers because something clearly needs to be addressed.

Ordered on line and when I received my meal the bread was so dry it was tough to eat and I asked for oil and vinegar and extra mayo and there was barely anything condiments on it whatsoever. Subway is known for fresh products daily and this was not it. I had an order from the andover store and that was a delicious sandwich!! Do better please

When I order pick up orders here it is hit or miss. Sometimes they are on it better when dining as a couple vs me coming alone for some reason. They are friendlier if you have a women with you? They were rude a couple of times when I went alone. Usually fresh and has all items available on menu. Prices still aren’t $5 footlong days :/

I’m not sure if my sandwich was just off or if the quality of subway has just gone down hill that bad. There was zero flavor. From extra onions to the sauce, and even salt and pepper, it just tasted like bread. The worker was quick and pretty nice l/attentive and the place was relatively clean but man, the food was literally so bland I can’t comment if it was good or bad.

Purchased two foot longs using subway app. Both were supposed to be toasted, neither were. One was supreme meats which should have double cheese and did not. Unfortunately if you order from here go inside and watch the preparers to make sure they do what they’re supposed to do

Never had a problem at this location before; a coworker had a bad experience on her order just the other day, she didn’t get what she ordered so o thought I’d check it out after a while. Long story short neither did I receive exactly what I ordered not only that the sandwich was all smashed like if someone ran over it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this location at all.

Sat there 5 minutes in the drive-through while all three employees I could see, including the girl with the headset, chatted. One of them noticed me, said “hi,” and went back to chatting with the others. I will not go back. Avoid this place!
