Stopped in around 12:30 for lunch and the atmosphere felt a little awkward. When we walked in, neither employee greeted us and we were just stared at for a moment before one walked away and the other started washing her hands. After a bit she finally said she’d be with us shortly. It almost felt like they were surprised customers were coming in. A quick “hello” would have gone a long way.

I feel like every Time I attend this location there’s either no food not enough employees are not enough atmosphere at all to keep me to come back this morning. I got there the young lady that was there by herself her and her children must die. Add there was no bread available. Tell me that I should wait 10 minutes and could possibly Get served yet. I said outside made a run income back and she still did not have the bread ready at some point Subway needs to look into the situation because if you guys are gonna be open at 10 every morning should be hot ready in fresh it I normally enjoy Subway but the customer service in poor performances is making me feel as if I do not want to eat there ever again.

Not worth going to if your in a rush, I have patience but when she started someone else’s order after already doing mine and the lady didn’t walk in until after my order was started she continued to forget the size of subs I requested 3 times because she was to busy talking to her friend that walked in and tried to nonchalantly do her order before mine.

Horrible customer service and employees who are incompetent. They need to have some people skills and tell people who want the special what subs are available that day. The woman I talked to said nothing and charged me $15 for a six inch combo. She has no business doing that job. She couldn’t figure out the tip screen and tried to charge me $28 for the order and blamed me for her incompetence

I’ve been wanting to try the new Sidekicks. Menu states they are a participating restaurant, but for the last two days in trying to order using the app, I get an “Out of Stock” message, and then I’m redirected to the chip options. Tried yesterday at about 3pm, and again today at around 5:30 pm. Either the Sidekicks are that popular that the store runs out, or whoever does the ordering (The Churros are made by Cinnabon and the pretzels are made by Auntie Anne’s) sucks at it. Settling for a sandwich only yesterday, the #20, Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch was pretty good. Saved 20% using the app ($11.34 vs. $13.19 for the footlong).

Every time I go into this place I’m greeted warmly, served promptly, and always asked how I’m doing. The sandwich artists here make sure to bring a smile to my face every time. This is one of my favorite places to grab dinner.

Joshua and Amanda, a married couple who both work at this location, completely changed my mind on how I feel about it. You can see my review from two years ago – I gave it one star. And I don’t review many places, but just as I felt I had to report about my terrible experience years ago, I need to report on this great one.

Joshua was in training and he was one of the nicest employees I have met at this location. He spoke with me, looked me in the eye, carried a fun conversation with me, and I had a good time. The sandwich he was made was awesome and you could really tell he cared. I will be back because of him.

They do a fantastic job defending their mediocrity. Half an order missing, and what was done I don’t know how they look themselves in the mirror and believe they do a good job. Even worse when called out on it they got defensive with zero effort to make it right. No accountability, no effort, not getting my business again.

I’m a little late at doing this. I recently read a book about the nasty side of fast food. So I wanted to share my food poisoning experience. About 3 months ago, my husband bought me my favorite sandwich from this location. I started feeling nauseous in the car and finally had my husband pull over so I could vomit. I was on and off the toilet and vomiting into the trash can for 24 hours. It took me 3-4 days to completely recover. STAY AWAY!!
