Walked in with my daughter to order cookies and use the restroom. They made us wait until both employees completed all the online orders before we could get our 3 cookies. They were passive aggressive when I asked if I had to wait until all the online orders were done then the younger girl told me online was priority to in store customers. One employee should work online while the other employee works in store customers. Obviously…
I don’t recommend this subway while driving through. Horrible service and you have to buy something to use the bathroom which is very weird.

Walked in and one person is working the front, with several people in line. The other employee had to be called up front to help, but she was SLOW. Took over 30 min to place our order & have our sandwiches made. Got in car (road trip) and our bread was so STALE it crumbled everywhere and made a huge mess in the car. Bread that stale should NOT be used for sandwiches. Plus the store had multiple online orders, which the only decent worker was trying to fill and wAit in customers. Owner of this location needs to pay more attention to their business.

Husband went to get us and the kids lunch, the staff was working on a party order. He said they put his stuff between the party order and was still busting things out. Great attitudes and everything was amazing. When I got my salad.. I’m telling you it was perfection! Thanks guys!

I ordered a 6 inch sandwich, bag of chips, and 2 cookies. I did not get my chips or cookies. I tried my best to get what was not given to me, and they would not give me the stuff I ordered. I tipped the doordasher and he did not give me my stuff.

This place does not prepare FRESH.
We ordered on line again and they did not accommodate the screw up on the app.
The first time we ordered the order didn’t go thru to do the bogo, after explaining and showing them our order on the app on my phone , they would not do the bogo.
This time we set a pick up time for 1:30, after paying the app showed 11:35. We ordered at 11:10. I called the store immediately, to my surprise, our order was already finished. Never mind the 1:30 pick up, it was ready at 11:15, 20+ mins before the 11:35 time. So our toasted sandwiches were already soggy before I even got there at 11:30. Our food had to wait another 90 mins as that was our lunch.
Again, they’re app screw up, I called immediately, they should not have had the order ready that early, or they should have remade them for the 1:00 time we originally requested. They refused.
So beware if you’re looking for fresh made food.

Fast, friendly service. Got 2 of the new steak and pepperjack cheese sandwiches and when I got home the meat tasted mushy. It wasn’t spoiled, but I think it was getting ready to turn bad. The lettuce was a little wilted as well. Spent $40.00 there, so I wasn’t pleased.
