Great food but the tattooed brown girl can’t have a good day to save her life. Two times now she has had nothing but disrespect and attitude towards me and my fiancé twice. I won’t just be leaving this review with the rest of the bad reviews, I will take this problem to corporate as many other have left reviews and she still works here.

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst subways I have ever been to! Every time I come in to this location there is either a white guy with dark hair and glasses who acts like he hates his job making my sandwich and is NOT welcoming at all and THEN there is a black girl who ALSO acts like she hates her job and want to rush you while you’re trying to tell her what you want on your sandwich while she makes your sandwich sloppy with no care with a attitude! If I could come in and walk behind the counter and make my sandwich MYSELF I would, but instead I let this be my third attempt to try this location one more time and all I can say is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Not even on a good day! Especially if you go here after 5pm OR 6pm! The workers SUCK! & I bet the management here WILL continue to enable this disgusting behavior!!!

The girl behind the counter and the one on the floor when we walked in were SUPER RUDE. I QUOTE “sorry we dont have pepper you can get that yourself from out there” this was after they slopped on mayo on the top of lettuce ==== Sorry we broke up your evening with our order. With options for sandwiches in 2026 subway isnt usually in our top 5 we just happened to be close by last night and stop in.
Sandwich artists I think not. Even Baccio Bandinelli would have been appalled at the nature of how our sandwiches were being assembled and he is regarded as the worst artist of his time.
We have had poor product from them before but forgivable when they were busy. This time it was just us. Its almost as if they had a personal vendetta.
The bar is low when we visit and it is clear that you set low standards for your site and they failed to meet those quite well.

Been here a few times but this was easily the worst experience by far. Ordered a head in the app and then had to wait in lobby for 20 minutes and then the food came out like this. This food is not worth $25, it’s barely worth that when it is good.

I refuse to order from this Subway ever again!!! EVERY time we order online (which is how I get amazing deals) they get our orders wrong & not a little wrong but totally wrong!!!!! Last week was the last straw, we ordered & as usual my order was wrong. So I called & the store closed 2 minutes ago the young man said he was the one who made it & argued that he made it right. So I said can you make me another one real quick since you’ve literally just closed because I had not ate that day (super busy day) & I was starving & I had nothing thawed out to make for dinner hence eating out. He was rude still & said no & I said wow really he said come in tomorrow & get a new one. So what am I supposed to do tonight since I spent so much already & you (employee) messed up my order. So the next afternoon I went in to get it made right, the young guy was the same kids that made it wrong last night. He started to make it the same way I had to remind him it was wrong this whole time he was so nasty nice & now like I said I refuse to pay that much money for something that’s wrong every time!! Order at your own risk!!

I ask for extra pickles twice and she still didn’t do it. I went back and she told me there’s a limit to what they allow. I told her she should have let me know instead of doing/ saying nothing, and I would have paid extra. she advised me that it’s not about money. .

Ordered a basic BMT online, got home and the sandwich was wrong. Drive 10 min back to store to let them know. Employee was non apologetic and a jerk about the sandwich. I even asked for a little extra meat because I had to drive all the way back and he said no. I would not recommend this location at all. I would recommend another sandwich chain. I won’t be going back.

I ordered a 6 inch subway cold cut combo with Italian herb and cheese bread. I told them I wanted all of the vegetables and I think they put one piece of the vegetables on the sandwich which is subpar not very happy will not be back to this location.
