Wasn’t acknowledged when walked in worker was busy with drive thru. I asked for some spicey mustard on the side in a container for my sandwhich and was tossed two mayo packets.

So rude!! Went in to get two six inch sandwiches. He tries to make all the people behind me their sandwiches before finishing mine. Took 20 minutes yo get my sandwiches. Then got mad that my daughter got water in a cup while waiting because apparently they have “special water” cups. I would never go to this subway again. It’s overpriced for what you get anyways. Go to Jersey mikes over this any day!

Only custimer in the store. Couldnt get waited on. She was way too busy doing prep work to stop and make one sandwich. Didnt even acknowledge us as we turned and left right in front of her. I doubt we will return there, Ever.

I have never seen such mediocre servings on sandwiches at any Subway. I repeatedly had to ask for more to make it a reasonable sub. For a 6″ sub they put 3 pieces of green pepper. Then 3 jalapenos. Etc. Then my wife told me later the bread for her sub was stale.
I called later to talk to a manager and she explained the employee was likely just following company policy for serving size, which apparently dictates only 3 jalapeno slices. If that is the case, it seems this is the only Subway following the directions to make thin subs.
She offered to look into it and call back, but that never happened.
There are 2 other Subways in Derby. I suggest driving another couple minutes to a location that will make you a decent sub.

I had been across the street for a fasting ct scan at the hospital. I had never been here or even knew it existed until I got in my vehicle and looked at it staring me in the face. The food seems quite fresh and was tasty. The service was quick and he let me talk at random bcuz I was starving!

The staff isn’t all that friendly, the guy who helped us seemed extremely inpatient, and kept telling us he couldn’t do this or that. It was very annoying. My husband left him a really generous tip in hopes of brightening his day. However, when we actually looked at the sandwiches he prepared, we were both disappointed. The portion of meat was very slim, and not enough to cover the whole loaf of bread in a single layer. The guy also mixed a lot of veggies up. I don’t know what was going on with him. I thought he was really rude and didn’t do a good job at all.

180 degree change from the last time I went. Food was ready quickly, just a few minutes. In the past, I’ve waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru, and I had the only vehicle around.
