The shift manger was not friendly after I asked for the cucumbers n tomatoes to be cut for my salad almost refused to cut them saying they r not allowed to do that and as many times I have gotten a salad from here never had that issue. She did cut them but she said not to ask next time cause they wouldn’t be doing it also asked for regular ranch n was guven capacorn ranch, she said it’s all the same. So guess I will not get another salad from here. We stop here twice a week. But if that is how things r gonna be handled I will just not get anything from subway.

Clean, order process is efficient, service was engaging & they seemed to enjoy their jobs. Bread was fresh, meat & cheese portion still slight on regular sub, additional toppings plentiful. Reasonably priced. 2 6” meal combos for $20. Traveling and stopped for gas so took advantage of location. One of better Subways we have been in recently.

We stopped in for a late night snack and Christina, the employee that helped us, was not happy to have our business. She was very short with us and did not have very good customer service skills. Not only was she not very friendly, but they did not also have very many ingredients available (no eggs, or straws). I will not be back and I recommend if you are coming here later in the night that you don’t stop either. However, the other lady working the store side was very nice!

It’s not everyday that you get to experience great customer service! But, at this Subway, nestled in the Love’s truck stop, are a couple of very friendly young men, who know how it’s done! I ordered a foot long steak and bacon pro, with extra cheese! They were fast, and friendly, smiling, and never missed a beat! Thank you James, and Jordon, and thank you Subway! My sandwich is delicious! It is also wheelchair accessible!

Have to give Kenneth five stars for his excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in he was attentive letting me know it would be just a minute so he could wash his hands. Very attentive and respectful. Made a great sandwich exactly like I ordered. Thank you Kenneth . The store appearance was neat and clean.

I walked in over my lunch break just to get a quick lunch not really expecting much out of the visit. I was completely blown away by he amazing customer service! These ladies really enjoy what they are doing and it definitely shows! I will for sure be going back!

We ordered Subway tonight instead of cooking & I will NEVER go to this one again! I will drive to Concordia. I ordered the oven roasted chicken. My chicken was FROZEN!! and none of the bread was “fresh” from the warmer, even though we had 6 sandwiches with 3 different breads. I have worked at a Subway before. This is the worst I have been to.
