It’s not everyday that you get to experience great customer service! But, at this Subway, nestled in the Love’s truck stop, are a couple of very friendly young men, who know how it’s done! I ordered a foot long steak and bacon pro, with extra cheese! They were fast, and friendly, smiling, and never missed a beat! Thank you James, and Jordon, and thank you Subway! My sandwich is delicious! It is also wheelchair accessible!

We stopped in for a late night snack and Christina, the employee that helped us, was not happy to have our business. She was very short with us and did not have very good customer service skills. Not only was she not very friendly, but they did not also have very many ingredients available (no eggs, or straws). I will not be back and I recommend if you are coming here later in the night that you don’t stop either. However, the other lady working the store side was very nice!

Have to give Kenneth five stars for his excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in he was attentive letting me know it would be just a minute so he could wash his hands. We ordered Subway tonight instead of cooking & I will NEVER go to this one again! I will drive to Concordia. I ordered the oven roasted chicken. My chicken was FROZEN!! and none of the bread was “fresh” from the warmer, even though we had 6 sandwiches with 3 different breads. I have worked at a Subway before. This is the worst I have been to.
