Carmen at this location is a good woman. I was passing through town. My anxiety and blood pressure was high. I asked if I could come inside and rest and take a blood pressure reading. She was very kind and understand while I did. She even asked if she could pray for me. And I agreed and she prayed over my situation. I have never had such a wonderful experience at any restaurant. I highly recommend anyone goes to this location for food. And if you see Carmen be sure to show her love and kindness. Very few good people like her exist in todays world. Thanks Carmen you made a difference in my life.

The staffers were overwhelmed and a little bit behind. Not their fault as they had a ton of calling orders. We got exactly what we ordered with a little bit longer of a wait than the website stated but not because of lack of effort.

Ordered 2 footlongs to add bacon. The girl put the bacon on cold. Which has NEVER been done in all my years of getting bacon. I asked for it to be warmed. She wasn’t to happy. I will call the manager because if the order would of been app…it would of been made wrong. *EDIT* Called to speak to a manager. No manager there and no manager all weekend!!??

Normally I don’t have any problems, but today they got really busy at once and it took forever to get a sandwich made. I ordered 2 sandwiches that were the same and it took 30 mins. from start to finish. There was only two people working and the first one can only make one sandwich at a time and the other one putting vegetables on the sandwiches seemed like she didn’t want to get her hands dirty. I think that all the employees should be able to make any sandwich in a timely manner and make more than one at a time.

Good food but 5 sandwiches now you pay for double meat and don’t get it…..what a waste do not order this store online the help is cheap and young. You need to say it in person to make sure it’s right. Beyond frustrating to just waste money more than likely just done with the facility myself.
