Would leave zero stars if possible. It’s a subway just like any others so the food is the same, but their service sucks. Numerous occasions I have ordered online and went to pick up my food just to realize they haven’t even started it. All while they continue to help new customers coming in the door. Shouldn’t a order placed 15minutes previous be started before a walk in. That’s like taking walk in customers at a barber shop, OVER the customers that book an appointment. This place lacks the management to get orders out in the order they came in. We only shop here when it is buy one get one due to these reasons alone.

#42 CHICKEN HONEY MUSTARD, HAD A WEIRD TASTE. THE MORE I ATE THE WORSE IT BECAME. I could not place the flavor. I ask my husband to taste it he said it tasted like like smoke. While the choice did not mention smoked chicken, and I happen not the like smoked. I did not eat the other half of the six in. I pick through to individually taste the ingredients and the flavor seems to be in the avocado and or the honey mustard. I could win for losing. Maybe it was liquid smoke and the use too much. I really don’t know. One more thing, what’s up with hiding the meat. What are you hiding? Less meat? Really was not happy with my meal at all. If your subway is an example of all the rest. I’d say subway will fail after all. Sorry. I’ll miss it

Again, hadn’t been in awhile so decided to give it a try. I thought the man making my sandwich did better than most so as a tip I rounded up my change and added more. He turned around a laid it up on the counter behind him where two ladies were going over what looked like paperwork. I said, “don’t tell me you have to split tips”? He said yes. I said, “they didn’t do anything to help me and that isn’t right”!
So, I won’t tip there ever again! He did the customer service. He rang me up so he deserves the tip. The ladies didn’t help me so why… Why do they get to split? If each person gets to keep their tips they will be inclined to work better towards customers for tips rather than knowing they don’t have to try and they get tips someone else earned!

Ordered 2 footlongs to add bacon. The girl put the bacon on cold. Which has NEVER been done in all my years of getting bacon. I asked for it to be warmed. She wasn’t to happy. I will call the manager because if the order would of been app…it would of been made wrong. *EDIT* Called to speak to a manager. No manager there and no manager all weekend!!??

As a former subway employee that was disappointing. Unsanitary. My sandwich wasn’t made how it’s supposed to be. And the employees had horrible customer service.

1 star for service because I said buffalo chicken footlong, got to the veggies and noticed no buffalo sauce and said “no buffalo sauce” and he said” we don’t do it anymore” and I pointed at the menu that clearly said “buffalo chicken” and he said “we don’t have the sauce” and what ever fine and then I asked for green peppers and he acted so Cincy on the veggies and had to say a hand full on every veggie from that point. I do not know where the old employees went but these people are ticking me off. It doesn’t take much to listen to buffalo chicken and they ingore you when you say your cheese either u have to say it twice. This is my first bad experience in our hometown subway.

Normally I don’t have any problems, but today they got really busy at once and it took forever to get a sandwich made. I ordered 2 sandwiches that were the same and it took 30 mins. from start to finish. There was only two people working and the first one can only make one sandwich at a time and the other one putting vegetables on the sandwiches seemed like she didn’t want to get her hands dirty. I think that all the employees should be able to make any sandwich in a timely manner and make more than one at a time.
