I want to start out by saying the coupins we get in the mail here locally in Emporia are no good at both Subway Locations. I had a Coupin for a $9.99 Footlong Sub Combo meal and didn’t find out until checkout time that they can’t accept them. The lady was nice and went ahead and said that happens sometimes so if there is a coupon and they don’t catch it, they’ll accept the free cookie and chips part to make up for it. It lowered my meal down to over 12 something which is still high in my opinion but I had 2 dollars in reward points so I paid 10.61 totol with tax.
I had the Pizza sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread which seemed thin ,American Cheese, Marinara sauce, Onions, Green Peppers,Jalepenos, Black Olives Parm Cheese, and Southwest Sauce. I noticed that my sub was skimpy and not as filling or tasty as it used to be. Maybe cause of inflation and maybe other subs are more filling. I also noticed the meat area has a large metal cover over it that keeps the meat from being seem so maybe that’s how they’re able to put less on. Either way it was still flavourful and their Rasberry Cheesecake Cookies are delicious and fresh though. So gone are the days of the $5 dollar footlong. The store was clean and well lit but the outside could be a little nicer but it is in an older building. Subway add more toppings like you used to and if you do you’ll definitely be a contender in the Sub Wars and not a common player.

Oh my goodness, I was looking forward to a good sandwich after a long work day! UNTIL… I found a bug! Yes, it is small, but it is still a bug. I couldn’t enjoy my hard earned sandwich anymore. No more Subway for an after work reward

I was already upset that their app wasn’t working and was giving me trouble. Then I went in to just place my order there and they were very rude and unprofessional. Had attitude for no reason. They obviously weren’t listening and were trying to just get me out of there cause I had to correct and reask what I wanted several times which seemed really annoy them.
Anyways, very hostile environment, very poor workers, pretty unhappy customer. If I wanted that much attitude over a sandwich, I would’ve asked my brother to make me one.

One lady was an absolute dream but the other seemed a bit irritated, as if she was inconvenienced by our presence in the store. If it weren’t for the wonderful lady that works there, we’d definitely not consider going back.

They were rude. You could tell they didn’t want to be there. The sandwich was very skimpy even tho I asked for more. I asked for her to spread everything out. She acted like I was asking her to make the whole sandwich again. The other girl working you could fry an egg on her head it was so greasy

The store was one of the smaller storefronts I have been in, it could get a little cramped if a large group were to arrive. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were 2 staff members on duty. The female sandwich artiest (I assume that was a manager) was engaging with every customer and made sure that everyone was greeted when they arrived, and were wished a good day as they left. I had a pleasant experience and a good lunch.

Basic Subway location. They don’t usually mess up your food when you stand there and watch them make it. Not 5 stars because I personally don’t care for my bread being dried out, but it’s only on the top. The staff is usually pretty pleasant and do a good job. As far as the atmosphere, store could use a bit of cleaning. No necessarily dirty just always looks messy.
