Ordered online to save time as I had somewhere to be. Get there and lobby is closed. I had to get in drive through line and wait for all other orders to be made while mine was done and getting cold. 25 mins later I get to my sandwich. Soggy and barely warm. Not happy and this should be stated prior to ordering. A waste of time.

If you order online or from the touchscreen your order more than likely will be messed up here. They usually fix it but I honestly can think of 4-5 orders being messed up in the last 6 months here where they forget items or change what you ordered. Keep your online receipt because they will give you a six inch when you ordered a 12. Luckily I had my receipt to prove it when he tried to blame it on me. Think I’m exaggerating? Go order from the app. When the app isn’t buggy go and order a kids meal and two other meals and see how much of your order is wrong. Like this when it’s wrong.

This particular store does not read their tickets thoroughly. It had been over a year since I went to this location so figured the problems wouldn’t still be going. I ordered a DoorDash and put no lettuce but add spinach. I have one leaf of spinach and a FULL thing of lettuce.

Wait was horrible!! Ten mins and no one was in the lobby. Had a order in driveway but young kid saw and continued to play with the bread. Didn’t make our sandwich s right away. Didn’t take my coupon!! Two six inches and footlong with drinks. Had couple bag of chips with a couple of cookies for fourth dollars? Lazy unfriendly kids and cold restaurant. It was at 730 at night on Monday! Wasn’t busy at all!! Twenty mins finally to get done!! Won’t be going back!! Hire ppl that actually will work and have friendly attitude too!! Should gone the on 12 th street. Needs shut down! Horrible experience!! One star!!!

I went there tonight to get a teriyaki chicken it was so nasty the kid only put it three chicken on a sandwich I told him I want pepper jack and he didn’t put pepper jack when I got home it was provolone please don’t hire kids who don’t care about their jobs just my opinion it was not worth $41 for two sandwiches there is one foot long and two 6 inches I recommend don’t go to this one now I see why the lot is empty it’s nasty and disgusting the meat was cold three little chickens on it we literally was standing there for like 10 minutes waiting and I don’t know what the other girl was doing just standing there staring at people you guys really need to hire some people that know what they’re doing just my opinion. And then they don’t even accept the coupons what’s the point of having coupons come through the mail when they don’t want you to use them that doesn’t make no sense. And I wish I can get my refund back because it was disgusting and nasty yuck don’t go to this one at all don’t waste your money.

We’ve been here multiple times, and it’s hit and miss. This last time, after receiving coupons in the mail, we went to this location. While the staff was making our sandwiches, he noticed the coupons in my husbands hand and said that the manager doesn’t allow those coupons. Understandably, it’s at the managers discretion what they allow, but if they know coupons are going out, it needs to be said before the sandwiches are going to be made.
