I stopped at the subway located in Neodeshe ks at about 330 pm on 2/13/26.The store at a glance was clean and in good order with the exception of dirty tables. There were no other customers in the store due to the time of day so it was quiet. Food was fresh tasting. But when I asked to have my rotisserie chicken broke up smaller he responded with ” it’s already cut small.” I shrugged and said ok even though it wasn’t ok. He offered me a fresh cookie (up selling of course) I declined and filled my soda cup saying thank you and left. When I got to my car I needed to potty do I went back in to subway, went to the rest room and noticed the signs on both doors said unisex toilets. I was reluctant to use them. But I had to go so I went in one of them and found that men/ boys had used it and urineated as ll over the toilet seat and floor. I had to clean it up before I used it. When I left that toilet I checked the other one and it was just as dirty discussing as the first. I then went and purchased a cookie and asked the employee why the rest rooms were unisex. He said it was a corporate thing and he had no say in it. I told him if your customers complain about them being that dirty then that gives you say and you should complain to the corporate office and tell them that the rest rooms should be separated by men and women. None of the other subways I have been to have unisex rest rooms.

Our Subway is clean and has a friendly staff. There’s always a line, but it moves quickly. The restrooms are clean. I highly recommend this establishment, and it serves our little tight knit community well.

Placed an order online and came to pick it up and they havent even started on it so now I have to sit and wait for another 30 mins so a total of an hour for two sandwiches this is ridiculous

The people were great. They had obviously had a long day and it wasn’t letting up (they had run out of already baked bread and still had online orders coming in), but they were courteous and got to me as quickly as was reasonable. I was very glad I chose this particular Subway in the middle of my long drive today.

So I came in and ordered some platters. I asked for them to be ready at 11am. I came here early and had to wait. They didn’t even start making my order until 11. Then they had to deal with the lunch crowd. Lesson learned if I want the sandwiches on time for our lunch, tell them an hour early then maybe I will have lunch on time. 20 people are waiting.

I don’t know if the lady working was having a bad day or what but she seemed like she didn’t want to be taking my order. I was informed that turkey bacon ranch was not really a sandwich anymore. Idk it looked like a sandwich to me. In fact it was fantastic. I’m hoping she was having an odd day because it was obvious she didn’t want to take about order. Atleast at the moment

My husband and I were traveling through Neodesha tonight and stopped for takeout dinner. There was a teenage boy and his sisters ahead of us. The only kid working thought that playing catch-up with this guy for 15 minutes while taking his sweet time making their order was more important than providing good service to all customers. He kept apologizing for the wait, but didn’t change a thing. We almost walked out empty handed. Manager, please train your employees to care and serve customers well.
