We arrived at 8:49, and waited in line till 9pm (closing time) before being told we would not be served. If you want to close at 8:49, LOCK THE DOOR!!! Honestly they should just lock it permanently. This location has become the biggest joke. I was told there is no manager on shift most of the time. Please do not contact me unless you fire 2-3 people tomorrow. Short of that I will never be back. The couple in front of us felt the same way.

The service and cleanliness are great. But the quality of food versus price you pay is way off in my opinion. The selection of meats, cheeses, and dressings have declined. For the price you pay, you should be able to get whatever you want on your sandwich. This is the only sandwich shop in our area. We’d have to drive 20-30 minutes to find another place. I just wish Subway was better than the reality of it.

The subway in baxter springs ks i would NOT recommend. The 2 girls working it tonight on January 31st absolutely rude. Had to repeat my order 3 times bc they were too busy chatting about non work related stuff. Threw the veggies all over the place and when asked if I could get more veggies on my sandwich they acted like it was a hassel. Then they used their hands to smash the sandwich down. Worst subway I’ve ever been too and the worst sandwich I have ever had from subway.

A late night run to a small town sandwich shop usually ends in a great tasting meal. The workers are pleasant for the most part and are conscientious about cleanliness. Parking lot very dark and shop sign not overly bright later in the evening. Never turned down to create my sandwich no matter the time and very few mistakes are made. Priced evenly with other shops and dining in is limited but the sandwiches seem to be of good quality. Always listed when looking for a late, quick meal.

We ordered online and when we received our order it looked like they prepared it blind folded. We had more toppings around the bread then in the bread, this was a perfect example of very poor workmanship and people just not caring about their job. We will not be returning here

We love Subway food. This Subway is above most of them. The manager is fantastic. He is friendly and always has a positive attitude. When he is busy, which is often because he is always there alone when we go on, he multi-tasks well. He remembers is and what we like and always gives us information on upcoming specials. I would drive a little extra to eat at his restaurant.

I stopped after work this evening and had 2 of the kindest young men ive ever had help me. I had a rough day at work and these two with their genuine kindness turned it around. I hope Subway appreciates and values you like you deserve. I wish id gotten your names .I want you to know how much your kindness meant to me! One had blonde, spikey hair and the other light brown and glasses. Again thank you both very much!
