Every time without fail I order online and it is never ready when I come to pick it up. I ordered 30 minutes before I even had to leave the house because I was in a rush and got there and they had just started making my sandwich. Ridiculous when there’s 3 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer.

Manager was rude….telling another person to never come back who was picking up an order. I had problems seeing the outside kiosk due to filthy screen and sun glare. So extra items were added that I could not eat on the sandwich. I noticed right away and went inside and was advised it wasn’t thier problem and they could not replace the sandwich. I had to toss it into the trash.

My partner found a sharp strip of foil packaging inside her tuna sandwich—pulled it from her mouth. When I called the Subway on Topeka Blvd, the assistant manager offered to remake only one sandwich and didn’t take it seriously. We’ve kept the foil and the food in case this needs to go further. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

I ordered from this store through DoorDash as I don’t have a vehicle to get there in person. They charged me for a Footlong The Boss on Italian Herb & Cheese and gave me a 6 inch on plain Italian. Then they refused to do a partial refund, only allowing for me to find some way to get the sandwich back. Do not order from this restaurant ever!

Ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub. Lots of sauce and vegetables. Where is the meat? Had less than a dozen pieces of chicken on a footlong. So generous on your meat. Not. Way too much sauce. Made the bread soggy in the center, which tore the bread and made a hell of a mess. Disappointing.

YALL NEED TO UP YOUR GAME WHEN IT COMES TO DOORDASH ORDERS! There is no reason why you can’t read an incoming order and properly fulfill the list of items on that order. This has happened at least 6 times ….. I’m done ordering from this location until something changes. You need to take your jobs more seriously, because your carelessness is wasting peoples hard earned money.

I paid extra for extra cheese didn’t even get that. My sandwich was sloppy and wasn’t even cut in half. I tried to call the store back because by time I got home and got into my food it was 5 mins before they closed. So I knew I wasn’t going to make it back. But no one would even answer the phone after calling twice.

Absolutely terrible and cannot follow online order instructions. I am allergic to both spinach and tomato, so I always order my sandwiches with no vegetables. I did so today, only to receive the soggiest sandwich laden with mashed tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, and onion. They packed the sandwich with disgustingly wet vegetables. Not to mention, my order was sent in an open paper bag and the sandwich wasn’t even wrapped all the way, meaning it was open in the driver’s car the whole way. Its not even like I have a difficult or long order, I literally don’t even get any veggies on it! thats half the work that they did not have to do but chose to anyway.

Ordered two sandwiches from the app 1-10-25 in the afternoon. They were ready for pickup as scheduled. Toppings for sandwiches randomly placed on the wrong ones. Honey mustard was not on the honey barbecue chicken it was on the club.
Definitely not what I ordered. Things happen but $35 is still $35.
Will still go back I just won’t be risking using the app anymore. The employee was friendly and definitely working hard. Sheesh though. Get the girl some help.
