Normally I don’t complain, but I ordered lunch for my daughter and I. She has a special diet so ordered a special bowl. They acted like it was an imposition. Then told me I couldn’t get extra pickles because they have a limit on the# of pickles and gave me a stale hard bun on my sandwich. The manager was wearing pajamas, looked like she just crawled out of bed and didn’t give me my receipt. One bowl and a six inch sub was$30. Terrible service!!!

I never complain on service workers because I understand it’s not the most fun experience dealing with people and food and I have sympathy for that. I will never go to this subway again. How hard is it to put ingredients onto sandwich with no attitude? The chicken was some weird consistency, no sauce. I asked for banana peppers and got 2 little hard slices…. And a side of attitude, I did not ask for. The chicken bacon ranch was my favorite. Do better. Or find a job away from other people. I am in customer service and would never treat people this way.

Was gonna just bash on this location but the other reviews seek for me, the customer service was absolutely awful, they took A HOUR to make 3 subs, and I when i finally got my food it tasted like i threw it in the microwave for a little too long. Just go to taco bell or something.

Stopped in the other night to get dinner. Guy behind the counter (Carter?) apologized and said it would be a wait because he had 5 subs in front of me. Was working his tail off. You just don’t find attitude and service like that these days. Great job young man!

My sandwich was good. I got the roasted chicken. They desperately need employees, there was only one person working. She was efficient but we had to wait a bit longer for our turn. I asked her if there were any other employees there that could help her and she said she was the only one there. I felt sorry for her because she seemed like she was a little overwhelmed. She was very polite

I did a mobile order and got home and all 4 subs we’re made wrong had to go back and the female empty wanted to argue with me they were right and had to remake them and still missed some of my ingredients won’t be coming to this location anymore this was the 3rd time they messed up

We DoorDash and when we went to pick up the order my fiance went in and the guy that was waiting sit there and ignored her and we sat there 15 minutes and still did not get the order so it wasted our time doordashing and lost us some of our status this was at 2:00 on the 23rd

I went to this Subway on Sunday 06/05/16 and was short changed by $5…I called the next day was told to call the manager the following day and she would take care of it…I tried calling her two days in a row…left messages but not response. I am not a happy or satisfied customer. Not a very good way to do business…I feel they stole from me..I will never go back … it was a very expensive sandwich and it wasn’t even that good.
Very unhappy customer.

Lying to customers so you can clean the store and only having 1 piece of bread in the whole store is not acceptable. I’ve been a GM I understand you got things you have to get done but there is a way to do it and lying to customers and being rude to people over the phone isn’t it.
