Ordered online. Friend had a hair on their food, blonde girl rolled her eyes when we walked in. She ignored us and the person waiting to tell her what sandwich they wanted. Definitely would go to the other subways in town.

The woman with the piercings is SO incredibly rude. I asked them to put as many black olives as they can because I also didn’t want to be rude and clear out their stock of what they had. I kid you not she put 7 total olives on it…. and then when i asked “is that all you’re able to do?” she goes “yep. we have a limit.” since when??? And even if you do have one…. is that really the way to talk to someone. 7 total olives…… thank you so much. I’ve worked guest service for over 10 years…. that’s now how you do it. One and done at this location.

Ordered footlong Tuna Subway sandwich, received half the sandwich no Tuna. Very sloppy ingredients outside of sandwich. Part all sauce and ingredients with no Tuna on that half. Tried calling them, no one answered the phone. Will report tomorrow.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The employees are rude and have no work ethic not to mention they can’t even make a sandwich correctly. They only had two types of bread left and the skimped on toppings and when I asked them to add a little more to my sandwich they refused and acted like it was my fault. I left without the sandwich and took my business elsewhere since they were incapable of doing their job.

Ordered a sandwich and while it’s toasting the young gentlemen asks me what else I’d like on it. I said alot of olives and alot of jalapeños. He rings me up, gives me about 5 olives and 5 jalapeños. I said more please and he told me sorry to break your heart but subway now portions their veggies without the option to buy another portion which makes no sense. I wouldn’t of bought the sandwich had I known I couldn’t get it the way I wanted.

Never bothering with this hole again. The two women in there looked pissed I even existed. I got eye rolled at me and a disgusted smack noise as she checked the order and sighed. They didn’t freaking bother putting themselves unavailable for online orders. They were out of BREAD. but no…let’s just stand here and be on our phones talking to eachother instead of doing job things.

Got a delivery for this store took me 5 minutes to get there. I told them I was there to pick up an order. They said it would be ready in a few minutes. It wasn’t ready in 10 minutes making it 15 minutes total. I let the customer know so they canceled the order and ordered from firehouse. If your order is late from delivery this is why. If they don’t want to do delivery orders maybe they should contact corporate and let them know.
