Spent over $50 on DoorDash for 2 sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a drink. These fools mixed up both sandwiches, both having the opposite veggies and bread on each sandwich. I’d say an Italian B.M.T is pretty self explanatory given it’s literally on your menu, but I guess not? Instead I’m stuck with a roasted turkey sandwich on the wrong bread and the wrong veggies. On top of that our dasher kindly let us know that when she got there they hadn’t even STARTED the order, complaining about having to make 40 sandwiches. I’d much rather my food be here later than for you to mess up my entire order. Only giving 2 stars because at least aside from the sandwiches everything else was right. Ya’ll either need to hire more staff for busier times or figure something out.

The touch screen is ineffective and somehow messed up our whole order when I know what we clicked. We couldn’t go inside for whatever reason and then had to tell them to use the coupons separately because they had the doors locked. They made us a meatball sandwich is veggies… how would I click that, when they tried to show us the receipt stating so. I know I didn’t click my turkey sandwhich with just tomato and meat? Doesn’t make sense! I got a drink with light ice or melted I guess? Definitely didn’t add that as I wouldn’t get light ice either.
Update: Jan. 15 went to go in and they said the wait for bread was 25min and I could only get a flatbread or salad???

I know to never expect your food to look like the advertised picture but this? The protein bowl sounded very appetizing, but came out terrible. I could’ve went into my kitchen grabbed a bowl, throw some lettuce at the bottom then unpacked some meat on top smeared mayo and came up with what I got.

The girl that handle my transaction was very polite but the two kids that were there did not say hi they were very dry no Smiles no eye contact but I believe that’s just because they were young kids it’s a good place the general managers really cool as well

I ordered through drive through. Why should I receive lesser quality made sandwich because I did? It was early afternoon so the ingredients still should have been fresh. I didn’t toast my bread because I wanted nice soft bread.. NOPE, you would have thought I asked for it to be toasted twice. Asked for lettuce, got brown hard pieces. Pickles, stem still on and the olives were just clumped. I know the challenges of food service, but I wouldn’t give a customer something I wouldn’t find appealing

I visited this restaurant 25min before closing before heading back home (1hr drive) they were very friendly and nice, even though they were already cleaning (closing) they made sure our sandwiches were made correctly and quickly! the three people stopped cleaning and take care of us!
