I don’t usually review places like this that are so reproducible; however management and ownership need to be called out. Was there on 3/12/2023 and there was only one person on shift during lunch. The place was a mess – sticky floors, trash about, straws stuck together. The poor worker didn’t have time to clean. She had to make up for the closing shift then jump right into serving. She was great. Had a 10-15 person line the whole time I was there (about 30 minutes to just order 2 kids sandwiches). I gave her a big tip and told her I would complain online as my kids were a mess waiting that long. The owner needs to step in when this situation happens, not to mention managers. It only gets stars for the wonderful woman working with a pretty good attitude for her situation.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!! If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would!!! I am so disgusted. I ordered delivery off my subway app and first off it took an hour to get here and it was cold and nasty when it did get here, which isn’t subways fault. But the fact that there was METAL in my food is. (As shown in picture )I’m so glad I was able to notice it before I ate it. That’s a safety hazard and I’m going to try and get this place shut down. Plus on top of that I didn’t get cheese on either one of my sandwiches that I ordered. please just do yourself a favor and go to a different subway!!! Plus I’ve seen in the comments a lot that this one girl that works there is rude. And I myself can confirm that’s true. A couple months ago I had gone inside to get food and she was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I hope she has been fired and I hope this location is shut down for good!

I went in today with my kids and waited for nearly an hour because there was only one person working. She handled it incredibly well and was super apologetic. Whoever manages this location should make sure in the future that there is never somebody working by themself in the middle of a Sunday. Unacceptable. Kudos to the girl that busted out all those sandwiches by herself.

The only reason I gave one star is because there is no option for zero stars….I waited in line for over an HR. There was one person working, the music had horrible lyrics, he kept answering the phone, and over 10 customers walked out. He was very slow and unhelpful. When someone asked if he could make two sandwiches at a time, he replied he was only able to do one at a time even though the sandwiches were exactly the same ..

Excellent Subway location. Service was superb and were able to accommodate my personal requests. Place, floors, tables, bathrooms were clean and organized. The veggies used to stuff my sandwich were very fresh. I also had a coupon and they honor it.

The only thing keeping me from giving this subway a one star is the one teenage employee working his tail off trying to get all the lunch orders done while his coworker just sat down doing nothing. I and three other people had pick up orders and none of them were done, so I just went through the line of like ten people to wait my turn so I could tell him what my order was. Poor guy was doing his best with no help. My sandwich was good and made correctly.

Order taking girl Sadie was really helpful and i guess she knows how to serve perfectly to all walk in customers. They didn’t have olives and Jalapenos at the time when I ordered but she just got them from back freezer and served it. Would definitely like to visit again.
