Ehh…A smile and some manners go along way. Worker was clearly not happy to be there and didn’t care. My sandwich bread was stale and hard. I won’t be back to this location. Bad experience. I’m not even sure what I paid for.

We had gotten Subway in Omaha last weekend and it was delicious. It rekindled our love of this sandwich shop. We decided to get it again this weekend in Overland Park and the order was 45 minutes later than the pick up time. They didn’t have the bread we requested and they barely put any meat or sauces on the sandwiches (3 ft longs). Guess we will stick with Omaha Subway if at all.

I walked in 7:10 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. I ordered a black forest ham and they had run out of everything accept onion, tomatoes, and jalapeno. They didn’t even have mayonnaise left. I understand things running out sometimes, but this seemed very poorly planned. They still had 2 hours of potential customers. Additionally, the staff was not friendly. As I was leaving I saw who looked like a manager get up from the table. He never once offered to help. I’ve worked in the restaurant business so I try to understand. This experience was unacceptable in my opinion.

Very slow service with one customer behind us. My boyfriend and I came in early this evening and proceeded to watch a fly crawl all over his sand which in the process of ordering. Then before we were done ordering we were already charged I didn’t get my sandwich how I preferred I know it’s not a lot to fuss over guacamole on your sandwich, but I even offered to pay separately for it and they still refused. I’ve worked in the food business a lot of years and no matter what even if I got a customers order wrong or missed something, I always fixed it, covered it myself, and stand by the code that no matter what a customers satisfaction is always first, and they are always right. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me but I’m not happy with this place.

I was shorted meat on my spicy Italian when I tried to explain she kept telling me that’s not how we do it anymore. I don’t care how you make it but I’m not going to pay full price for a sandwich with half the ingredients. I drove 15 minutes out of the way to another subway and they made it correctly without having to be asked not to rip me off.

Food tasted fine, but the service and location were sub par. The location itself seems to have everything out of order, but I get it as it happens. Their attitudes towards everything made me think that this is common place.

I have lunch or dinner here one to two times a week. Today there is a new person waiting on the counter. Gone is the pleasant person behind the counter making your sandwich. No smile, no pleasant response, just contempt that you are bothering her. I want the old staff back. I will find a new place for my business. I will not bother you again.
