This was a call in order for the first time. My wife was taking sandwiches up to our kids that are currently in the hospital and would like a Subway sandwich. Evidently the people up there do not follow instructions that come across on the online app. The orders were supposed to be one sandwich with a lettuce only and Chipotle sauce, the second one was to be to a public house only. As you can see in the photos the orders were not correct. I did call up and speak to a person at the subway location. And was told if my wife would leave the hospital bring back the sandwiches they would remake them I told her that was not going to happen. She did however offer to refund the sandwiches fully within four to six days back to my account. I find this to be totally unacceptable so I will be doing no more online orders.

I ordered on the subway app. Time to pick up was 545. My son went in and nobody was up front he waited a couple minutes and finally they came from the back. He told them we had a order to pick up gave my name and they hadn’t even started the order. Finally they had him the bag. He gets home and two of the sandwiches were wrong. I called and the gentlemen told me to bring back the food. So I drive back up there and went inside to music blaring. I tell the guy I want one of the sandwiches replaced and a refund on the other. He informed me they cant do refunds I would have to come back tomorrow. I told him that it was ridiculous that nobody can give me a refund. He said he knows. He took back the sandwiches I told him he needs to leave a note because I want my money back. He was very rude and it ridiculous that I have to now drive a 3 time to get my money back

If you are going to have your google hours say you close at 10, have your open sign on, and keep your doors unlocked PLEASE continue serving customers. From one food service worker to another it’s just upsetting to drive all the way there with plenty of time before 10 and not be able to get food to go.

I previously gave this subway a one star rating and swore that I would never go back. I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. New Owners. New Staff. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks great. The ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are put together by staff who care. My new go-to menu item is the Philly. Instead of bell peppers I get banana peppers. Perfection.

I walked in with a large order on a Sunday evening, and the store was quite busy. I only ever saw one worker who seemed to manage quite well. They only had white and wheat but she did her best. Store was clean for being so busy and it being just her. She was brisk but professionally polite, with a full store I was amazed to see how quickly she kept the line moving. She even remembered and directed us to the utensils and napkins, very good service.

Shawnee Drive, KS location only accepted one of our on line orders. We tried calling, and they said they wouldn’t take any other orders. I said it’s only 8:30pm and you accepted half our orders. He still said.no. When we went to pick up our food at 8:35 pm we again asked them to make our other two orders and they said no. There were two people there, we could see that there was plenty of toppings and bread, but both employees said they couldn’t help us. They said to call and complain. The next day I tried again to drive up at 8:30 pm. The doors were locked and again we could not order! So disappointed! How can this location have noone who is willing to do their job. I haven’t been by there Monday or today, but I would assume they are closed!!

website only deal 12” sub for $6.99 is overcharging customers on their website. do the math. you are not paying $6.99 for you sandwich. yes, i am talking about the sub-total price before tax. tried to have this corrected in the store and was told they have no way to correct it and the cash register would not allow them to ring the sandwich up for $6.99. employees however where nice about it and offered to provide a refund of the amount overcharged if i could wait until tomorrow and handle it then.
