The employee I had an interaction with was rude and disrespectful also you can clearly see that I’m disabled and only have use of one arm he put stickers all over my sandwich wrap and did something that has never been done before double wrapped it where I had trouble getting it unwrapped even after I took all the stickers off this employee was laughing when he was wrapping my sandwich and I couldn’t understand why but once I got it home and unwrapped it I can see why he was laughing I think he may have also dropped it on the floor when it was in the bag but he hurried up and picked it up so I don’t know if that’s what really happened they clearly discriminate against disabled people I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody this used to be the only Subway I went to I will never go here again I will drive the extra miles to go to another Subway I have tried to call many times to talk to the manager to try to rectify this matter and I am told he is never there

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY. They are not stingy here and make you valued as a customer. The employees are so sweet. They filled my Subway sandwich up so much. Thank you.

Rude didn’t give me my sweet tea and told me I couldn’t get a refund and door dash told me I can but subway keeps saying no don’t order from them and they kept tell me to go up there and get it but I paid $38.89 for it to be delivered.

Ordered through the app themselves for the food to get delivered. Don’t order, you wont get your food. You wont get a refund either. They say “get in contact with DoorDash”. The order wasn’t made through DoorDash it was made directly through their app. That’s $20 I won’t get back. Thank you.

I was not feeling the best; kind of woozy and thought maybe I needed to eat. Tony and Jamie welcomed me to the store, fulfilled my order and continued to make small talk. I’ve never been to a friendlier Subway. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Jamie even came to check on me to see if I was feeling better after eating a little bit. They both really just made such an impression on me; I could tell that both of them enjoy their jobs and like to connect with the guests.

I’ve gone to the subway a few times, because I work off of Park Dr on certain days. Never had a bad experience there. Then one day I encountered Jaime. She is a ball of energy, very kind, sweet, pleasurable. I went again and she remembered me, acting as if we were old friends that haven’t seen each other in a long time. I was being helped by another employee and she Oh I got her, you go take a break!! Love her spirit. I go in there to get a salad, which I didn’t know they made!!

I come atleast twice a week at this point. Jorge and John are always amazing; quick and professional. At other subways it can be hit or miss in terms of how well prepared my sandwhich is, but because of those two young men Im always very confident in the service i recieve.
