The guy who served us was slow, but he was polite. The food prep areas were clean enough, but around the kitchen and food oven there was crumbs. Needs a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall ok.

Went today and got chicken teriyaki. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Took my order and was so slow. Bread was tough and no sauce was on the meat. Asked for more sauce at end of order and the guy just looked at me and then the sandwich. Lousy service and food. Won’t be back for a long time. Need people skills training.

Ordered the footlong nachos to try something new and they barley put any cheese on it and burnt the crap out of it. The subs were ok but they should practice their nacho making skills or take it off the menu. It’s pretty hard to mess up nachos.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for your sandwich and get something you did not order or paid for, you should try this Subway! Whoever the manages this subway, should be ashamed of this store and train their employees. We ordered 2 sandwiches which took them 45 minutes to do, with only another customer in the store. Somehow, the other customer walked in (without online order) and got their food before they even start making our food (that was ordered already). By minute 30 we asked for a refund and they did not know how to do that, making us wait an extra 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. On top of that the sandwiches were not made as ordered.
It is difficult to understand how 2 adults can take so much time to put deli meat and veggies between a loaf of bread and still manage to do it wrong. Clearly they are not trained for the job.

We went at 8:10 on a tuesday. had a great experience with one short older lady, however the brunette teenager had a major attitude and treated me and my friend horribly. she wanted us to speak up but instead of using customer service skills, she rolled her eyes and raised her voice at us. i felt very unsafe and she ruined our experience completely

So, the male employee with long hair must really hate his job., he didn’t speak a word to our group. He didn’t acknowledge the requests of toppings and made one terrible sandwich.. (who puts mayo on a meatball sub?) plus he was super slow! I feel bad for the lady working there as she’s stuck working with that dude!

I was in the restaurant on June 15 and their air conditioner went out so they had A portable air conditioner right by the cashier. Told the young kid I couldn’t hear him. He just gave me a dirty look and kind of whispered everything too much sauce on my sandwich and I’ve been finding That’s the sandwich artist always puts too much sauce on the sandwich. Never did get my points in because I couldn’t get my app up for some reason. My app never works inside subways. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and looked at me when I asked him. What can I do about getting my points. Not real happy with all of them are going downhill. The place was really dirty. He was just standing there when I walked in could’ve been wiping off the area he was working in that was full of lettuce and other food. Manager did come out after it got busy. I think the owner should pay more attention to their subways,

Came in for a blt and a meatball sub and instead of telling me they were out they put one meat ball in the whole sandwich so I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do that so asked to speak with the manager and got told they’re not available right now you can come back tomorrow

A person hired by subway should have no pre concieved knowledge of what or how your sandwich should be made. Unfortunately some of the workers don’t share my opinion. The 6th time I have to say extra just to get some kind of sandwich, and have to pay 38 dollars for 2 foot longs. Is ridiculous.

Took over 30 mins to get two sandwiches made employees are extremely slow they don’t keep anything stocked no bag to go no paper towels definitely managements fault not the employees
