Placed an online order that said it would be ready for pick up at 1:15. It is now 1:30 and they’re just now beginning the order. They were out of Turkey for a sandwich and then asking me what was supposed to be on the sandwich. Each of these things individually is not a big deal, but all at once. That’s pretty disappointing!

6 o’clock in the evening out of bread. We ordered online to get our order faster because of an evening conference call. Our food was finally done a half-hour past our pick time, so my wife had to eat hers on camera during her call. People were walking out also.

I love subway a great deal and the young employees that served me were awesome I just wanted to say thank you for these young employees who treated me with kind and respect. Now for the management on the other hand thanks for the discrimination on me for my criminal past yes I have one and yes its was 7 years ago and I am looking for a job for the better but my criminal record you wanted to dig in and not about why I wanted to work for subway. Thanks to your young employees you didn’t lose a customer while you are in the bathroom for 30 minutes and young employees to do your work. I am done now.

Unfortunately there is not an option to select a 0 star rating. To begin with the manager, Mary, rolled her eyes and let out a disgusted sigh when we ordered a salad. While adding toppings to my sandwich she continued with her failing attempt to muster any sort of intelligent conversation by mumbling. At one point she became irritated, which is a huge understatement, with a customer in the drive through and stated out loud for all to hear “Christians are the rudest people!”. When asked to speak with a manager she refused, and eventually stated that she is the manager. When asked who her supervisor was she refused to give us the information. Finally another employee offered us the number for corporate and apologized for her managers behavior. Needless to say it’s obvious that the wrong person is in charge. Try at your own risk, if they treat customers this way, I wonder how they take care of the food before serving……
