Our new school, Children of America is right across from Subway and each of the staff at COA so appreciate their friendly and helpful staff. Our staff has ordered from them multiple times, and each time their food has been just as ordered and their staff so kind. We look forward to serving the Olathe and extending areas along with our neighbor, Subway!

You would think ordering online would make it easier for people to follow directions, but you’d be surprised if you pick up your food here. I have pictures of the receipt and what was ordered vs what was received. Pretty difficult to understand (unless items were missing) why there would be so many discrepancies. I’m not usually the one to complain if something is missing here and there, but if you can’t read, we have an issue. Wrong bread, wrong ingredients, wrong cookies and didn’t even cut the sandwich correctly. Hopefully the manager reaches out, I have pictures of everything, but if you want to receive what you paid for, don’t go here. Plus William who answered the phone has very little problem solving skills and is pretty rude. Good luck.

The absolute slowest service that I’ve ever experienced at a food establishment. A teenage kid was left by himself to work and moved at a snails pace – for context – with 3 people in front of us, it took 25 minutes to even start taking our order. Will never return to this location again!

Food was fine. All the chairs were turned upside down on the tables as if they were closed, despite it being just 2 PM. The one employee there was clearly not happy to be there. Borderline rude, he barely said anything and never smiled or said “thank you.” Unimpressed.

I’ve been in here a few times over the last couple weeks do to my job. Every time I come in this store, Kristina, I believe she’s the store manager greets me with a big smile and politeness every time I walk through that door. My sandwich is always so amazing and the service is outstanding. Thank you for the great service and food with a smile.

This is a pretty standard Subway restaurant. The facility and shopping center are fairly new. It is clean, in good condition and inviting. The staff was helpful and efficient. The food was well prepared from good ingredients. I would eat here again.
