For fast food, this is not your choice. The oven didn’t toast the sandwich after being placed in twice, the service was pretty slow and not very good sue of gloves between sandwiches, customers, or cash handling. Limited choices near the base but recommend a short drive to enjoy lunch.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Went in on a Sunday and this older guy starts making our sandwich and is literally throwing the ingredients on there & being so rude. He threw our sandwhiches so hard i thought they were gonna slide off the table. I’ve never experienced such horrible service & felt so uncomfortable

Placed an online order and had to pick up. I arrived around the estimated time of completion. Upon arrival there were several customers in line. What i thought was a single worker was having to individually slice the meat for each person’s sandwich. After waiting about 10 minutes I had to get in line to even have my sandwiches started. Once the line died down a second worker emerged from the back to refill a container then went back to the back and did not reemerge. Customer service was lacking as well as timeliness. I had been inside of the subway for 35 minutes after the estimated completion time before they even started my sandwiches. Then it took them an additional 10 minutes to even make them with me being the only customer once my sandwiches were started.

No one read my instructions to toast our sandwiches. The app no longer has an option to toast flatbread. This is new. How was I able to get these toasted?

Been here before and wasn’t at all impressed by these angry unhappy looking employees. But today I went in with my husband and it was a totally different positive environment. Idk his name but this young blond guy was being friendly and even made me a pizza from flat bread, they dont serve actually pizzas at this subway so I had to get creative. He was being open minded and I appreciate that!!

One of the worst places to eat at in leavenworth very very poor customer service and I work in customer service, food is nasty and dirty, the ladies there have poor attitudes i tried so hard to be patient and kind with them, one time I had to wait over 2 hours for a sandwich, they don’t accept coupons or specialities I’ll never spend my hard earned money with any subway franchise ever again.

Missing a lot of ingredients. Only one employee so it took some time. But overall the sandwich I ended up with was pretty good.

Hannah and Amirrah (apologies if spelled incorrectly) but these girls were both absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help my dad and I and took the time to make the orders correctly and were patient with me being overwhelmed with many choices. It is rare you meet people in customer service that are upbeat through your entire interaction. They made our night! Thank you
