Very impressed by the workers there, very friendly and helpful. Building clean and bright. Food was handled well and serving area looked clean and fresh. Prices not so bad. A manager showed up while I was eating and I was able to witness him doing temperature checks, very good for a food handling store to do to prevent food from going bad or developing toxins.

My family and I went to this location because it’s convenient to where we reside, we’ll anyway…. On the two separate occasions there were two ladies in there making our sandwiches told us we had to pay extra for fresh mozzarella and they weren’t personable. The second time we went they were a bit busy but again not our problem so we waited patiently and then when it was time for us to order I swear they took there time and mind you it was three of them in there with attitudes and no good customer service at all. We took our business else where, where it can be appreciated. Hopefully they can get employees in there who take pride in there job and no employees who just want to collect a check.

Can’t use the coupons the there, so I’ll go to an actually good sub place if I’m having to pay full price. I used to work for subway, everything, but the onion, green pepper, tomato, and cucumber come prepackaged in bags. Take your money elsewhere, like abes, jimmy johns or goodcents.

Corporate sends out subway coupin the mail. Leavenworth subways do not honor Coupons. There were six people tried to get sandwiches and use the coupons. They lost a lot of money that cause we all walked out. I will never go back

I’m giving a single star because of the manager on duty. The young man that was working the counter was nice and doing the best he could. I spent over a half hour waiting to be served. Two customers ahead of me ordered 7 sandwiches. He told the guy that he had 7 sandwiches. The guy call for the manager to help him and she ignored him. The next customer had 2 sandwiches. I got to my order. I needed a gift card. The guy needed help ringing it up and that’s when she finally came out. In the meantime 3 more customers arrived. When she was asked why she wasn’t helping she gave alot of excuses. She should’ve helped her employee. Her paperwork could’ve waited. Customers Come First.

Been wanting to go here for 4 years. Finally got to go and for three people to eat it ended up being over $50. All we got was a sandwich and a medium drink each. The radio. There was very staticky and kind of annoying to listen to. My boyfriend. Sandwich was very sloppy and they charge per meat. They did not carry the poppy seed dressing or the sweet onion dressing, but they did have the teriyaki sweet onion dressing and I was a little nervous to try it but it ended up being really good.
