This location had dead flies in their food and does not even seem to care. All they will do to “make it right” if give you more food…which had flies so why would anyone want that…manager refused to give a refund, give me her regional managers number,, or even the my number to her manager. When I asked she just hung up on me.

I got a pickup sandwich. There wasn’t any one else but me and the counter staff. She was professional, accurate and helpful. It was the best made takeout sandwich I have ever received. It didn’t fall apart as I was eating it. I will get all my future subs at this location.

Went and got a couple subs and the girl working was so unenthused to be working. She might as well have been rolling her eyes. She mumbled quietly so we couldn’t even hear her. The worst part was the flies flying all around landing on all the food. It’s was disgusting. I saw them landing on our sandwiches and all the veggies. My spinach on my sub was rotten and mushy. I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich and nothing even came out of the shakers. Needless to say we didn’t even eat our sandwiches when we got home. I was so grossed out. I know she saw all the flies, you couldnt miss them! Had to run somewhere to get food. Didn’t want to take my chances of getting sick. I really don’t know why they keep that Subway shop open.

This particular location is hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to. They ALWAYS have amazing customer service with friendly staff, the food is ALWAYS delicious and good quality, and they always have my online order ready on time which is really helpful if you are limited on time for lunch. I used to go to another location but did not have the same experience and someone recommended this location and I can’t say enough good things about it. This is my go-to place for lunch out! Thanks for being awesome, Subway team! In general, I feel that Subway is overpriced and most of the time, you get coupons and the local stores don’t participate which is frustrating. So someone else is getting a better deal and better prices just because they live somewhere else. Kinda crappy for those of us that love Subway. Would love to see prices go back down and more participating stores.

So I went to subway and asked for 12 inch sandwich and I got a 6 inch sandwich I didn’t realize until the vegetables because I couldn’t even see it with meat thing, the lady didn’t even let me pick the meat or anything really on it and then I said no to toast it but she did it anyhow and then for vegetables the lady wasn’t even listening to me she started putting stuff on what I didn’t even say and she tossed my sandwich on the counter and I said it was to go and I had to ask 3 times for a bag, I understand stuff happens so she might have had a bad day but I am very disappointed with the service

Very impressed by the workers there, very friendly and helpful. Building clean and bright. Food was handled well and serving area looked clean and fresh. Prices not so bad. A manager showed up while I was eating and I was able to witness him doing temperature checks, very good for a food handling store to do to prevent food from going bad or developing toxins.
