Very impressed with your operation! We’re visiting from NC and stopped for a quick lunch. JT greeted us with a smile. He and Mick were very efficient completing our order. The most impressive part was the cleanliness and freshness of the items. JT was even checking the temperature of the cold bins! All while making sure pick-up orders were being filled! Great job guys!

Staff is fine, but they are constantly out of basic and popular ingredients. I’ve ordered online for the last time! I’ve shown up only to be told, “we didn’t make any of your order because we are out of _____”. No notification before I drive 30 mins one way to pick up an order that wasn’t made. Go to the grocery store that is literally 1/2 block away and buy a green pepper or a package of ham until they can figure out how to manage supply chains.

I visited the Baldwin Ks store and my complaint is with one particular member of the staff.
I won’t mention his name but he is never friendly, almost rude, ignores questions, looks dirty and has greasy hair.
Today when we went there, there was an empty store and most of the bins were empty and he had to keep going to the back for stuff.
Then, I asked questions at the register which he ignored me almost to the point I thought he was deaf. I will not go to this store ever again as this was the last straw.
And with time on his hands, why didn’t he supply the bins ?
If he hates his job so much, do us all a favor and quit!

I had ordered food online, and it said it was going to be ready by 6 pm. I showed up a little before 6, and the guy was just leaning on the counter on his phone. When he finally looked up, he asked me if I had an online order, and I politely said yes, he said that he would get right on it. But what gets me tho a father and daughter walked in, ordered a few things, and was out the door before me . After working a 12 hr shift, I was a bit over it but I digress

The single star is NOT a reflection on the staff!! The Staff is almost always amazing, and helpful, but I feel bad for them! They are CONSTANTLY having to tell customers “Oh I’m sorry but we are out of (fill in the blank).

The employees were very helpful and it finished my two sandwich order quickly. Was very happy to see an air purifier running in the building which gives them huge kudos from me. Glad to see they’re taking safety seriously.

Messed up our entire order. I ordered extra sauce on a garlic beef with extra meat, a spicy Italian toasted and the number 30 toasted. The extra sauce wasn’t on the garlic beef, not the extra meat. I barely got sauce and ate a mouthful of bread lettuce and avocado. There was extra sauce on the spicy Italian, which was odd, and all were ordered toasted but none were!

Love the variety of bread, cheese and meat selection they carry. Friendly staff at this Subway. We were there and we were greeted by the very nice male worker at the counter as soon as we walked through the door. There was one other customer that was almost thru the process at the checkout. When we were done and checked out eating our sandwiches that employee was getting off shift. He didn’t hurry us out so he could clock out. As we were eating there was an influx of new customers lining up and their was one employee left to work thru the afternoon by herself. She was busy taking care of customers and the employee that just went off shift was ready to leave but as he was going to the door he saw several more customers coming up to the business so he clock back in to give her a hand with all these customers. We thought that was a very nice thing since most employees would have left anyway leaving only one person to take care of the long line and even then a couple of them didn’t want to wait and went elsewhere to eat. She didn’t ask for him to stay but I’m pretty sure she was glad he did.

I can’t lie, they are all business here but sometimes that’s a good thing. The banter between staff was heartwarming but with the customer it was very direct. I often worry about the idea of staff talking back and forth with each other as it can be distracting but it didn’t seem to change a thing. I love this subway and wish a lot more were like it. If you want something quick and by the book. Hit this Subway up.

There was one young woman taking care of all customers. at least 10, and they just kept coming in! She kept her cool, making all the sandwiches, managing the ovens and running the register by herself!! She was AWESOME!! She needs a raise!
