Ordered through the app 11/4 @ 5:30pm. Arrived @ 5:50pm. The red headed guy said “he didn’t have an online order, I must have sent it to the wrong store” I showed him my phone to verify location as well as my venmo to show payment was deducted. He became argumentative will me. Stated “his manager Angela would fire him if he made the sandwich” I asked him to call his manager which he did. Of course the manager did the correct thing and instructed him to make the sandwich, but it should’ve never gotten to that point. When a customer can show proof an order was made and they’ve been charged for it. Don’t argue! Do the right thing and make the order. This could have easily been a positive review had they just done the right thing to begin with.

I went in today on Christmas Eve and there was only one girl working. she was absolutely amazing and gave incredible customer service. she made it the best subway experience i’ve ever had and the most beautiful sandwich i think ive ever received!

I went in and got two sandwiches November 3rd one of them I needed a special request (for a picky eater) and the girl that made my sandwich went ballistic, she didn’t have a name tag on but she’s short with short black hair and multiple facial piercings. She threw the cheese yelled at me I had to turn around and make sure the people behind me were seeing this too and they were in just of a big shock like I was. I even told her never mind if it’s going to send her that far over the edge over a sandwich. Needless to say I won’t be going to this location again.

7:05pm walked into this store and almost all of the chairs were turned up onto the tables and the dirty water floor bucket is right at the front door. I won’t return to a place that values getting home more than their customers. I understand the problems with getting people to work but the ones who do should have more professionalism than shown here.

I’m only here to give props to Kelly working tonight 6/29. He was the only one working after a storm and power outages. He was extremely busy and did such an amazing job. He was polite, kind, patient and fast! He deserves a BONUS. At minimum! He did such a great job under pressure!
