The food was fine but the ladies gave me attitude because i wanted to take off the salami as im not going to pay $5 for one topping. When people say its extra i expect $2 not $5 and she said she told me it was extra and that im just wasting the salami as if its coming out of her pocket.

I ordered through the subway app for delivery. And my order was not delivered and when I tried to contact the store, Tara told me that I needed to contact DoorDash because they used a third-party for delivery, which is understandable. So I called DoorDash, and DoorDash told me that because I ordered through Subway app that I would have to talk to Subway to get my food remade or a refund And so I contacted Subway again and Tara cursed me out and told me that she cannot help me or remake my food or refund my order because I needed to get a hold of DoorDash. I explained to her that DoorDash said because the order was placed through their app. They would have to take care of it. Tara then told me she will not be refunding or remaking my order because she doesn’t have proof that I didn’t get my order and that I needed to stop calling and just call DoorDash. They are so unprofessional very disrespectful and has very poor customer service. So I spent almost $20 on an order that I did not get and had to order food from another place for my dinner. When I asked to speak with a higher manager, Tara told me that was not going to happen and reminded me to stop contacting the store. I know all of the owners are brothers, and I had looked for a corporate number to speak to somebody higher and they don’t have that so I basically spent money and put money in their pockets for no reason.

Went in over gauge the amount I was going to pay for and I asked her if she could cut it into a six and she rolled her eyes and then annoyingly asked if I would like any sauces on the sandwich. I didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude, so I said no it’s fine the way it is now. I currently have a dry sandwich because of somebody’s attitude definitely would not recommend.

I went to get 2 footlongs at this specific subway at Ingram Mill, at 7:34 we came in Kristina made our sandwiches and she wasn’t wearing her mask properly and by that I mean it’s just under her chin, her nose and mouth fully exposed while speaking to us while we make our sandwiches.

Reese and his coworker were fast and very friendly! The store was clean and fresh looking after the remodel. The quality of the vegetables can vary from time to time however but other than that I love the food.

The workers are nice, but whoever owns this place needs to schedule more workers during the lunch rush. It’s right by 65, it gets busy. I order my sandwich toasted but it sits there for 10 minutes waiting for veggies and gets cold. Seriously, hire more people and get more people behind the counter. It is silly that there are only 2 workers at lunch. God forbid the tea run out and one of the 2 should have to leave the counter. And Richelle needs to be neater making the sandwiches. She is nice, but sloppy. It falls apart while I’m trying to eat it.
