Came here because we had just gotten coupons but was told this location doesn’t take coupons. You’re a franchise that benefits from national marketing and advertising campaigns. How can you exclude yourself from accepting coupons? If we hadn’t been hauling furniture, we would’ve gone elsewhere. No coupons = no tip. Won’t stop here again.

Apparently this location knows they can’t get orders right! Why else would their phone number listed be for a Toyota place in West Plains? Can’t really blame them, I wouldn’t want a lot of hungry customers calling angry because their delivery order is not even close to what was ordered either!

The bread was stale and our veggies were all soggy, the booths were even more disgusting all the tables we went to were sticky and had food on the floor and crumbs everywhere. We had to clean off our own table just to sit down, the employee was also very rude and huffed after each sandwich she had to make. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I ordered a ham and turkey on multigrain with spinach, pickle, green pepper, banana peppers, cucumber, mayo and pepper jack. She asked me twice what kind of cheese and still got it wrong. I got provolone instead of pepper jack. I haven’t been to any subway in a few years. I was shocked at the price. $8.64 for a 6 inch.

This subway is the best subway I have eaten at. The service was the best. There is a lady there she had a unicorn hair band on today don’t know her name. She made my salad exactly how I wanted. It was the best one yet. There lobby is very clean. I was really satisfied with lunch today. I want to give a big thanks to subway.

Charged me .54 to put ice in cup. Had a pick up order and was waiting outside and mine melted. Lady wasn’t very nice and customer service sucked.

Very good customer service! The menu just had changed it was very busy that day and the staff managed to get us through the line fast, the food was made right, and the staff still found time to keep up with the cleanliness and stocking. I was highly impressed.. the staff working around 12pm on the first of July was truly impressive. Definitely let them know I appreciate the good customer service under all the pressure that day

I cam in and nobody came up to help me. I even said hello. I could hear the girl in the back washing dishes or something. She even walked in front of the door several times and just ignored the fact I was waiting. Honestly I didn’t want to give 1 stars but it required me to do so.
