Melinda the manager, should be the GM of both of this owners stores. However, she is not. She will make sure you the customer is taken care of. Bless her heart she works so hard to keep the dishes clean and safe for your food and does not cut corners. The only reason this store gets a one star is because they do not accept coupons which is the owner Sean Strauss fault. Blame him, not her. Shannon the gm is telling people to do things half way, which is not the right way. Defenetly go here and not kearney and glenstone walmart.

Sandwich maker didn’t ask if I wanted to toast the sandwich and one of them I did not and toasted both before it was to late and I was going to use a coupon and there was a sign at this location that they don’t except coupons. Which was my point I wanted to go! So what is the point of printing coupons to use Subway if your stores don’t honer them?!

Very good customer service! The menu just had changed it was very busy that day and the staff managed to get us through the line fast, the food was made right, and the staff still found time to keep up with the cleanliness and stocking. I was highly impressed.. the staff working around 12pm on the first of July was truly impressive. Definitely let them know I appreciate the good customer service under all the pressure that day

The onions on my veggie sandwich tasted bad. I usually go to the location on E Chestnut, but they are usually very very busy during lunch time so I came here and I always get the veggie sandwich with the same veggies on it and I’ve never had this taste at the E Chestnut location. These onions definitely are bad

The employee named Ben was very rude. And he got upset at co-worker and he walked out leaving 1 employee at the counter. And there were 6 people waiting to be served. luckily another employee came in about 10 minutes later. That employee and the one that got left by himself handled the situation in a timely manner and I would like to say thank you again to them both.
