Absolutely disappointed, I went in for a salad. I asked for chicken, he didnt ask if I wanted it warmed up just threw it in the warmer. The lettuce was brown, not a little but over half of the container was browned. The spinach, that should have been tossed out a long time ago!! Nasty! When I went to pay he did not ask if I wanted a drink and rang the pitiful salad up, he said the total $8.32. I tapped the card, and once the payment had processed I saw the total was $9.56. There was a tip added to my purchase without asking. But by that time he had already walked away from the register. He was INCREDIBLY rude!! Ethan, I believe is his name. Terrible customer service. I have been in the industry for over 20 years, that was the worst experience ever.

The last two times I have been to this location have been negative. The first time I placed an order online. I went to the store to pick it up. After waiting in line they told me they threw away the receipt for my order and have no idea what it was. I had to tell them what I wanted. On the second occasion I ordered online. I had ordered two chips. They had only given me one chip and it was the wrong one. I had also ordered a pepsi zero and when I got home realized they had given me pepsi.

COMPLETELY messed up my online order. My bread was so soggy it just ripped apart when i picked it up.
I tried to call to see if ain’t could have my order remade but they continuously ignored my calls. Terrible service overall.

This store is closer to my house than Ingram milll location, but I usually go there anyway because this location just isn’t good. Bread’s so hard you can’t even eat either end pieces and everytime I pay for double steak, I don’t get it. Meanwhile the regular steak subs from my kids sandwich gets way more meat than mine. It’s like what theeee…

Absolute best subway I have ever been to. The food tasted as if it came straight from the heavens. It was like something I had never tasted before. However the real thing that made this experience unforgettable was the employee, Preston. He made my sandwich just as I asked, he was full of enthusiasm and attention to detail, taking the time to make my sandwich even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. Evenly placing each slice of cheese, toasting my bread for the perfect amount of time and even getting the perfect ratio of mayo to bread, which is a difficult thing to master. This was the best subway experience I have ever had. Thank you Preston, for being such a kind, helpful and attentive worker. I will be coming back soon.

Best subway experience I’ve had! The worker, Preston, I think, was enigmatic and exemplary. The place was spotless, and my sandwich was exquisite. He gave me exactly what I asked for, switching gloves after touching anything but my sandwich. He gracefully layered baloney onto my sandwich with pristine precision, and kept a friendly conversation during the time. He owned the kitchen with admirable practice, and openly gave his professional opinions on the soda fountain when asked. For minimum wage, this employee shows great resilience for his job, and love for customers. Thank you for giving me the best dinner ever!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, the staff were too busy talking to serve us, then she overcharged us, then said she would fix it but did not do so. Saud she didn’t know how. Avoid this place like the plague.

Sandwich Artists were on point today. I eat from this location often and am typically pleased but today was exceptional. Meatball sub and Roasted chicken were both awesome. Curbside pickup had me there and gone in no time.

Went to go in and place was completely closed down, lights off, and a few people inside…(the employees friends). Could see 3 silhouettes hanging out possibly 4.
