I’ve lived in this area for a while and never been in here. Today a sandwich sounded amazing. Eric was awesome! I actually visibly watched him change gloves between customers which I was glad to see my wife has a gluten allergy and this made it much safer for her. We will be coming back thanks Eric!

The employee never greeted us, nor give an audible response when I said ‘hey, how ya doing?’ When I ordered my usual Italian wrap with double meat I was told ‘we can’t do double meat on a wrap.’ I’ve always ordered it that way and never have a problem paying the extra for it. Then the employee didn’t even know how to properly roll a wrap. Subway please do better training your team!!!

If I could put zero Stars I would, This place is horrible this is the third time me and my son have gotten pizza subs with almost nothing on it it was only the bread and pepperonis no cheese no sauce none of the extras that we asked for. And then she got an attitude whenever I asked for the manager and then claim she wasn’t there. Don’t waste your time or money. I definitely will will be calling back when the manager is there. Let’s just hope the manager actually talks to their team. Why has this happened THREE TIMES IN A ROW!?

This subway location iss awful. It’s always a “game” to see how many things they will be out of and it’s typically half of what we want. Tonight was the last straw and we will no longer be doing business with this subway. I placed my order on the app, and heard nothing from the store so I was hopeful that they were stocked on ingredients. I was wrong… my husband ordered the hot honey chicken and they were out of hot honey and Sriracha which is the whole point of the sandwich! They were also out of almost all cookies, go figure. Someone needs to be better with ordering stock for this store or at least inform the customers of everything they are out of if they order ahead. Good bye Thayer subway!

Staff are great. They are friendly, fast, do a good job. The food is always in stock and fresh. Itsca sub place, what else do you need?
Dining area is a little rough. No floor. They never finished remodeling. Tables are nice. I always get take out. You can get a veggie wrap for under $9. Start adding extras, you can double that pretty quick.

My daughter was set on having Subway. I thought that would be a great change and it would be fast and easy. It was dinner time 3ish. They had NO bread. A business that sells sub sandwiches is out of bread. I guess people like eating just the toppings. Why stay open if you can’t provide the service you are offering. This isn’t the first time at this location.

last time i stopped here, 2 years ago, said i’d never go back, my wife stopped for sandwiches for our supper….cold cut combo? what’s the combo, the sandwich had hardly any meat on it and only one kind, looked like turkey bologna, 2 little slabs of fake processed cheese and green peppers sliced so thin i thought it was lettuce. THEY HAVE CHEAPENED EVERYTHING TO THE LIMITS, the place sucks. who cares if they change their gloves? i’d rather be get a fair deal for my money, you won’t here.

Absolutely rude. Counter person refused to speak when I entered.. When I asked for recommendations from New menu she pointed up and said “there’s the menu”
Watched them turn away a family at 10 minutes til closing and then… while I’m chewing my food… someone stood behind me and asked me to leave at 5 minutes til closing.
Not expecting much but I paid $19.98 for sandwich from the new menu and a drink, think I could’ve been afforded that last 5 minutes.
Definitely will not go back and I’m going to crusade against others eating here.

Ordered on the app and recieved my food in a timely manner. Went home and opened my Boss sandwich only find that the meatballs were these little ones, not the large ones found at other Subways. What surprised me even more was that there wasn’t any marinara sauce on the sandwich. It was part of the sandwich as described in the app.
I called and whomever I talked to didn’t really have an answer,only to say, ” Well, whatever sauce on the meatballs when I take them out of their container is the amount of sauce on the sandwich “. I informed her that there was NO sauce in the sandwich, which she replies, ” Well, it didn’t ask for extra sauce. ” The sandwich was good but I think I will stay with my other Subway in Ash Flat, AR.
