The guy that waited on us had his ear bud in and acted like we were a bother. No customer service threw our receipt on the counter when we ask for a bag for our sandwich. Very rude. It would be really nice to see some friendly faces in there that greet you when you come in and ask you what you would like instead of just looking at you. Very disappointing

Unfortunately it seems if you don’t leave a tip at this location they mess up your order. Last week they put crunchies and sauce that go on Philly steak subs on our cold cut combo. This week they only put like the slice of bologna in our cold cut combos. They seem to be doing this on purpose. We place large orders and spend a lot of money for our large family only to bring them home and have them almost inedible.. My husband asked to speak to the manager last week, told there wasn’t one. This is not the first time they have seemed to mess up a sub that seemed beyond what could be a mistake.

Went in tonight and had a young man named James serve me. He was so rude, dismissive, and flat out refused to make the sandwich I had wanted claiming they were “out” of everything I had requested. He was also very rude to the other people in line, not greeting them, and getting frustrated and raising his voice aggressively when they couldn’t hear his mumbled words. Horrible service from him. The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of one is because a lady named Cozzet had come out and fixed the issue. She actually checked the back for the items I wanted and made the sandwich for me. My advice, fire this young man. My mother had a similar experience with him. Customer service is hit or miss. Do better.

Ordered on the app, a steak & cheese, I didn’t want the bread toasted, so they didn’t even heat up the steak per the website stating they do. I called to speak with a manager & there wasn’t one on shift. The girl I spoke with didn’t know the steak was to be heated. Very disappointed as the steak was ice cold.

Would like to shout out the young lady working at the subway tonight! I have Alpha Gal and she was so kind and cautious! She even caught her self touching the sauce and changed gloves before touching my wrap again! Thank you we need more people like you! Wish I would have gotten her name but she had fun nails!

Walked in and placed an order for a sandwich. Before the guy even started to make my sandwich, he pushed it off to one of his coworkers and started on the sandwich of a guy behind me. The coworker he pushed me off onto had to start over from scratch, not in the slightest but aware of what I had ordered with the original guy.

I came into this location today and was very happy with my experience. The two sandwich artist were very friendly and working together as a team to prepare my order and a couple others in my visit and were super friendly and helpful. The most impressive thing was the food case, it was extremely clean, tidy and organized. Probably the nicest looking food case I’ve ever seen at a subway! Huge props to the team for a great experience and amazing looking store!!

The lady making our sandwiches didn’t know how to make the ones we wanted. She was barely putting anything on them. There wasnt enough food on them to go across the whole sandwich. I had to spread it across so i didnt have to take bites of just bread. I asked for it to be heated not toasted and the cheese wasnt even melted. Was rather disappointed. I wish there was a quiznos around here cause they make a better sandwich.
