My only complaint is the price. I wish I could afford to eat here more often! Love the subs, especially the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and meatball marinara. The staff is friendly and work as fast as they can.

My problem with the Monett Subway is they are the only ones in our area that will not take the coupons that we receive in the papers, makes no sense , all the other subways do. Monett please start taking the coupons.

The food was good but the customer service was awful. The worker had some friends come in and they ordered before us. She proceeded to talk to them for 25 minutes while we waited in line for her to wrap up. Absolutely ridiculous. It nice to be “nice” to customers, but talking for 25 minutes and making other customers (other than my husband and myself) wait that long (making only 2 sandwiches which were done in 5, is absolutely ridiculous.) She was alright when she finally serviced us but I won’t be coming back. This is not the first time this establishment has been extremely slow when there was a lack of business.

If i could give a 0 star i would have. We got our coupons in the mail today and went to get a sandwich. Was told we can’t use them and have to down their app to use a coupon. I did and the coupon we had chosen was not on there so we chose another. Was then told they would not honer that one either!! Their franchise doesn’t participate in all of the adds or coupons!! The one I assume was a manager was snotty to us and the poor girl who was starting to make the sandwich was totally lost.

Fairly busy when we came in the door but those ladies worked like a machine getting everyone their tasty Subway. Employees were attentive, polite, and wore masks and gloves (of course gloves, not a new thing) and restaurant was clean. Sandwiches were delicious!

The past three times I’ve gone in this location, Tammy and her team have this place super clean, always fresh ingredients, helping one another and being so outgoing and friendly with patrons. I think this may be my favorite subway location. Good job! Best fast food in town

Placed an order at 314 for 4 sandwiches online. Online said it would be done at 330. Walked in at 327 and only one person in the entire store working. He said he was starting on them right now give him 10 min. Ok cool no big deal. I go back inside at 337 and my two toasted sandwiches are sitting getting cold while the employee takes an order or the phone for 3 min. So I wait. Then he works on my sandwiches again and he gets another call in order and takes it over the phone for another 3 to 4 minutes. Finally he finishes up my order and another employee comes in from her house to help and by this time it was 355 and I asked for a complete refund. The employee that came in from her home did not have her hair up or restrained and did not have a mask on. She was very rude to me about the refund and was trying to justify the time the order was to be done. Never again here. I’ll stick to the walmart subway.
