We were pleasantly surprised! Store was clean. Bathrooms clean. The two staff members were friendly and helpful and worked well together. Our sandwiches were excellent! Having worked in similar businesses before, I was impressed that they offered us drinks, chips and cookies!

We came in before 8pm they close at 9. All the table and chairs where put spandex no were to sit.didnt even get my sandwich most of all the food items were put away so they told me they didn’t have any. They have an hr until they close this is ridiculous. Maybe get some employees that actually want to serve people not just want to get paid. Everyone in my groups didn’t get all ther items on there sandwich

I just bought a Rotisserie style chicken wrap from the Fair Grove Subway. It cost me $16.11! The girl put the amount of chicken on it that is equivalent to a small six inch sandwich! She said that is how it is supposedly done. Give me a break! So, you pay triple, but you get a half inch sandwich in a wrap. Wow! If that is not a rip off, I do not know what is. Thieves. I will not be going there again!

I have been there twice in the last month.
And the same situation happened both times to where I ordered meatball and they didn’t have meatballs and I was told that They don’t have meatballs past 8 o’block so I wonder why they don’t close at 8 o’clock instead of 930.If a customer can’t get what he wants and orders online and is already paid for and when I show up I have to.
Choose something else that I don’t even want and that I didn’t pay for… not happy at all!!

First the bad: The management here is a joke both the assistant and regular manager are both rude and you can hear them talking bad about employees and customers. How they have managed to keep their jobs is beyond me. I have stopped coming into this subway unless I know the tattoo face girl is working.
Now the good: they seem to have 2 really good employees a very sweet red headed younger girl ( lily?) and the tattoo face lady ( Rachelle?) The lady is great. She is really the only reason I still come in here when I do. If I don’t see her I immediately leave. She should be managment!!! She knows her store and is great with customers!! Even when you can tell she may not be having a great night she is still as friendly and nice as can be. She has never been rude to me or my family like the management and the teenage boys have. Someone needs to do something about this store. The management here is running it into the ground. I’ve talked to several people who seem to have had the same experiences as my family

Stopped in here to the subway in fair grove yesterday 1/23/24 at around 230 pm. At once was was greeted hello by both workers Amanda and another worker (who I’m sorry didn’t catch her name) I ordered my food and ate in the lobby when I usually take it home. But was working and driving through so stopped here. Everything was very tasty and amazing, the service by the workers were really great, it was a good clean store and the atmosphere was good as well. When I was done thanked Amanda and the other coworker for a great service and will be coming back soon.

Manager at this store extremely disrespectful. She always has a bad attitude and I just ignore it. This time though she mimicked, mocked me and said something under her breath. When I asked her what she said she wouldn’t reply and asked me if I just wanted her to throw the sandwiches away? I said if that’s what she wants. Why on earth someone would throw away almost 40.00 worth of food is beyond me. She has a terrible attitude. Would not give me her supervisors name or number . All this because of her asking me three times what I wanted on my sandwich I replied “I said mayonaise only” but I’m the rude one. Lol
