I use the app to order my sandwiches. It would not let me change the time so I called Subway and told them that I didn’t get my break until 1230. Can you please wait to make my sandwiches and they refuse to like to make my sandwiches so I had soggy bread Very poor quality and they were disrespectful refusing to work with me and it’s very sad because there’s not a lot of restaurants in Crane Missouri my sandwich had time to see through the bag. They definitely did not wait to make my sandwich sandwiches very disappointed.

I normally don’t leave reviews anywhere but this location has had some serious issues for a while. Mostly with employees not giving good customer service but tonight was a young man and the service was TOP NOTCH!!! He had an answer for every question we had, was very informative, even though they were out of some items, he took the time to explain the situation and did great on the sandwiches as well. I have noticed it’s hard for this location to have good employees and I usually dread going back but this kid did great!!!!

The tuna was absolutely horrible!! Didn’t taste right and couldn’t see mayo in it! Ate half barely! Didn’t get sick but could have! It should have been thrown out!! Girls seemed to careless about customers! I won’t go back!

Today was the first time I’d been in this subway in a few years so I’m updating the previous review. The visit today was an entirely different experience. The people working didn’t appear to be high on dope and they were very good at their job. Food was fresh and the store was clean. To the owner: great job turning things around!

This is by far the worst place to eat in town. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They never have a full menu. Usually no choice in bread. No soup. Clueless employees in every aspect. Untrained in making any sandwiches or anything really. Both the lady and the girl working tonight were pretty rude and had no idea how to do anything…will definitely be using the gas and driving to try the next closest one. The owner of this one obviously has been doing a horrible job as an owner of this franchise for years looking at the reviews. Maybe its time to throw in the towel…sell it and let someone else do a way better job training employees and running a restaurant. Food for thought
